Terrible apartment

There were many problems with the apartment. We had many problems such as our bathroom door wasn't able to close which meant we had to have a shower with the bathroom door open. How awful. Barcelona is a very hot country near the month of August and we phoned them asking if we could have an AC they said they had one. When we arrived we found the AC to not be working. Even the entrance wasn't even welcoming. As we open the door it gave an awful smell of a mixture of damp and rubbish, not only that, the hallway was very narrow we had a very hard time getting our suitcases to our flat and there is no lift. Finally we made a terrible mistake of booking a taxi with them as we got charged double the price of the normal fair and they made a lame excuse of saying 'personal service'. We also complained but they didn't even bother coming to our room to fix anything or give us a better room. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.

great location and good service from the short stay group. Negative was the steep narrow stairs, you need to be fit to get your bags up. On the whole I would recommend.

Great location - difficult steps into apartment

The apartments are in an amazing location and have everything you need if you want to make your own basic breakfasts/dinners. Anyone who has trouble with steep stairs should be warned that the stairs are very narrow and steep - carrying large and/or heavy bags up to the apartments requires brute strength and agility so be warned. You will feel fitter after going up and down the stairs for a few days! The first time we stayed, I gave the apartment a 5 for cleanliness - this time only a 4 as the bathroom wasn't quite up to scratch (but not bad). Also, the staff in the office where you check in were really unfriendly - I am a pretty chirpy person and went in all smiles and thanks for having us, but the girl was completely dead pan and treated me like an inconvenience. It's amazing how a short interaction with a person can leave you feeling unwelcome. My advice to the managers would be to have their office staff greet people like they do in a hotel - with a smile and pleasant tone of voice. It really can make all the difference.

Residential area, close to sites

The office to collect keys was not that obvious on a side street, but apartment easy to find from there. The street & outside of the building looked a bit off putting but inside is absolutely fine, as the pictures, modern decor. The thing that we feel is important to point out is the hallway & stairs are super narrow - cannot pass anyone, it's literally the width of a person! Also the stairs are stone & steep so definitely not suitable for everyone. In the middle of a residential area so the usual noise of day to day activities, there was a piano player in the building opposite but they were very good! Close to sites, places to eat and shops, can walk to bus to get to the airport.

Good place for young and agile people ONLY !

We had a great time in Barcelona but wouldn't go to same apartments again, as we were a party of four that consisted of two older people,and a young couple with a baby,and we were never advised that there was NO ELEVATOR... And ...HUNDREDS OF STAIRS. The stairs were very narrow and steep.The babies transporter had to be taken up three floors after use,it was terrible.

L'appartamento è ubicato in una zona pedonale silenziosa, pur essendo in posizione centrale. L'arredo è essenziale e curato, esattamente come descritto nel sito. L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato in ordine e pulito. Le scale anche se sono strette sono percorribili con bagagli non ingombranti. Gentilissimo il personale addetto al check in e al check out.

Zeer gunstige ligging tov de stad

Leuk appartement, de ligging is perfect! Goed geregeld met late check in en check out dmv sleutelkluisje. Complete keuken, incl. koffiepads. Schoonmaak redelijk, haren op het dekbed, hele vieze mechanische afvoer in de badkamer/het toilet, zwarte kitranden in douchecabine. Ons appartement was 4 etages hoog, alleen te bereiken dmv een hele smalle trap van 70 (!) hoge treden. Geen nooduitgang. Alleen per mail en telefonisch contact gehad met medewerkers.

Modernes Appartment mitten in der Altstadt

Von der Ausstattung lässt das Appartment nichts zu wünschen übrig. Klimaanlage. Fön. Bügeleisen. Kochmöglichkeit. Bäcker und kleine Geschäfte gleich nebenan. Die Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars in Fussnähe ist unerschöpflich. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Strand und Barceloneta 10 min. UBahn 5 min. Wer in das Stadtleben eintauchen möchte für den ist diese Appartment genau richtig. Sauberkeit, Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles top. Personal sehr hilfreich. Anreise zu jeder Tageszeit möglich.

Top placering og lejlighedsforhold

Vi er tre piger på 20 år, som lige er kommet hjem fra en uge i Barcelona, hvor vi boede i denne hyggelige lejlighed. Kvarteret var super hyggeligt, kun 4 minutters gang fra El Born, og med både stranden og La Rambla lige om hjørnet. Metroen ligger super tæt på, hvilket gør det let med transport ift. sightseeing og lufthavn. Lejlighedens forhold var helt i top, nyt og rent. Helt klart et sted, jeg vil tjekke om er ledigt, næste gang jeg vender snuden mod Barcelona.

Persoonallinen huoneisto

Apartmentos sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla. Rauhallinen mutta kaikkea lähellä. Ei liikuntarajoitteisille, kapea persoonallinen rappukäytävä. Huoneisto 27m2 studio, oli ok kolmelle aikuisellekin. Kiva tapettiseinä ja limenvihreä vessa piristivät huoneen ilmettä. Siisteys oli ok. Ainoa miinus oli että ilmalämpöpumppujen suodattimet olivat tukkeessa pölystä, itse putsasin niin johan alkoi kylmää tulla. Varausvaiheessa minun täytyi olla itse aktiivinen ja selvitellä koodit yms yms. Eräs toinen apartmentos edellisellä reissullani laittoi minulle tosi hyvät ohjeet (karttoja alueesta ym)sähköpostiini jo ajoissa ennen reissua. En tiedä olisiko täältä tullut mitään infoa. Se pienenä miinuksena.
