Nice quirky hotel/hostel near to the port. Good location for everything. Only drawback is the stairs - if you have mobility issues it could be difficult. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

All positive. Owner and creator poured all of herself into making both the private and public spaces unique and special. Workers went out of their way to help. The location between the Born and Barcelonetta neighborhoods put us right between the beach and the Gothic Quarter, which is crisscrossed with centuries old architecture but also loaded with options for tapas and beer. On our last morning, Sandra called a friend who drives a taxi to take us to the train station. From beginning to the end, we were treated with first class services!

We loved this stay. It was a very unique hotel, but modern enough to make it comfortable. The included breakfast was a very nice touch. Very walkable to Las Ramblas and nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel

Great little hotel in a historic building. Perfect location. We were able to walk to everything. Staff so nice, great breakfast. The room was beautiful and felt historical. Rooftop garden was lovely and sitting areas were beautiful and serene. Would recommend for your stay in Barcelona. They also went out of their way to take our luggage for us early and set us up for an easy check in when the room was ready.

This location is great. Shopping is at a walking distance. There is a place to eat at 1am. The marina is very close and a safe place to walk at midnight. Sandra, the host at the hotel was very attentive and friendly. I would come back anytime.

This was a very good location across the street from the Hop On Hop Off bus and a plaza that featured restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is not a modern fancy hotel but filled with old world Spanish charm. It felt very safe and the only employee we saw did EVERYTHING and was so helpful and provided a nice typical European breakfast. Just be prepared that there is no elevator but she helped carry my luggage upstairs.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and informative. We arrived quite early in the day, long before check-in time and the staff allowed us to store our bags in a safe location. When we returned, our belongings had been moved to our rooms. The breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the breakfast area was quite lovely. This hotel would not be appropriate for those with mobility issues as there is presently no elevator to move bags upstairs. We managed although we are all in our late seventies.

It’s a hostel not a hotel… but breakfast is great and staff is super nice and they take pride in managing the place. Rooms are small but shower was good and bed is comfy which is key for me.

The staff are nice, welcoming and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator (it is a long flight of stairs to the rooms). Otherwise is perfect. The breakfast is nice and the roof top garden worth a visit. My room was small and adequate but did not have a view. Shower was nice.
