Sandy Shores on koiraystävällinen ominaisuus, jossa on täysin aidattu takapiha.

Tämä rantahotelli sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Long Beachin rannalla ja vastapäätä Cullendullan luonnonsuojelualuetta, joten voit kävellä tai uida riippuen mielialasi. Kengurut pitävät etureunan hyvin kaiverrettuna ja takapiha on täysin aidattu poochillesi.

Talo on 2-kerroksinen ja sopii erinomaisesti 2 perheelle tai sukupolvelle. On vain yksi keittiö, mutta jokaisessa kerroksessa on oma tärkein queen makuuhuone, bunkroom, kylpyhuone, olohuone, kannella / parveke ja ilmastointilaite.

Ylemmästä parvekkeesta on laaja merinäköala.

Tarvittaessa vauvakanava pysähtyy portaiden turvalliseksi.

Pysäköinti sisältää kaksinkertaisen lukituksen autotallin ja sivuportin, jossa on veneen / asuntovaunun majoitus.

Vuosien aikana on kertynyt paljon esineitä, jotka auttavat joukkojen viihdyttämistä, kuten kirjoja, pelejä, palapelejä, pyöriä, foosballia ja pöytätennistä.

Batemans Bay on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, ja siellä on laaja valikoima kauppoja, ravintoloita ja kahviloita.

Kesäopetuksen aikana varaukset ovat vähintään 4 päivää, mutta viikon edullisemmat.

Amazing experience & beautiful house and location with direct access to beach, my kids & I loved it
When my kids & I arrived at the property which is a beautiful large 2 storey house, we walked inside & put all our things in our respective rooms then had a short rest on the balcony overlooking the beach before we drove 10 minutes to get to Batemans Bay village centre to stock up on groceries, snacks and supplies before heading back to fill the fridge and head to the beach for a swim. The house has a loungroom & TV downstairs & another loungroom & TV upstairs with 4 bedrooms with a spacious master bedroom upstairs with an ensuit, connecting toilet, a large Queen or King size bed which you can see & hear the ocean from while you're lying in bed. There is private access directly to the beach from behind the house & the back yard is fenced-in so was perfect for our little long haired dashy, the house & yard as well as the beach are all pet friendly so it was perfect for us & I was sad to have to come home. At night my kids & I walked to the beach & found ourselves up close & personal to over 20 beautiful Kangaroos which were all happily minding their own business while eating grass, they're beautiful friendly & just love to eat grass but will hop away from you if you get too closeThere's an outdoor shower on the back yard balcony with hot & cold water which is very convenient to wash the sand off before going back inside the house after a big day swimming at the beach & nice cool airconditioning to relax in at the end of a long hot day. I highly recommend, Thank you!!

Location location location
Lovely location to stay in for the week of Christmas. Perfect backyard for the pets and a fantastic view from the bedrooms. Stay was soured by the cleanliness of the home - whilst its self clean it doesn’t anppear that the home is checked between tenants and it is in need of a deep clean particularly considering the price of our stay. Internet wasn’t working and I was provided with some information to fix it but wouldn’t consider it my responsibility to fix the internet for the owner.

Fantastic Beach House for Pets
Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such as fusbal, table tennis, chess to play together, and many areas to spread out and relax by yourself. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. Sandy Shores is a great place to go with pets, a large family or an extended family for a relaxed beach get away.

Location and amenity
Fantastic location and so well appointed with every appliance, espresso machine , stylish crockery , wonderful decks and outdoor furniture . I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the property. Surprising that there is any house anywhere without internet . Also it was not stated on the listing that the guest has to do the cleaning . .I did not mind doing the cleaning but it should be clearer. The hosts were very generous and helpful.

Family get away
House was great right on the beach beautiful views. I had myself my husband and our son , Also my family that came all the way down from Queensland to stay with us at the house as soon as we pulled in the dog next door on the left hand side barked and barked for a good few minutes untill the owner took it inside. On the second night there I got a ph call from the owner saying that he got a noise complaint from her that both us and our dog were to loud , so that put a dampener on our holiday , I really don’t think we were being loud at all but it is what it is . Apart from that we made it the best we could . Toni p.

Great location
The location is pleasant, but don't anticipate a modern interior. All furniture, especially the couches and stairs, are quite old and notably dirty. It's challenging to stay in such an unclean environment, constantly dealing with the residue left behind by previous occupants. Additionally, there's no provided WiFi.

Great location loved the kangaroos and rabbits and beach, outside of house well maintained but cannot say the same for inside had to do a huge clean before settling in things such as fans, blinds, stove top, bathroom mirrors, impossible to clean the stairwell carpet it is beyond cleaning, windows and garage floor. Know I am a clean freak but this was very disappointing

Grannies Group escape
We were 4 ladies down the coast to celebrate international women’s day diving with Beneath the Bay. We enjoyed the size of the house, the location, and the pleasant outlook over the dunes, enjoying a lovely evening meal on the balcony. Our stay was short and comfortable.

An alarm went off twice, once during the middle of the night and again during a morning. We could not track down where it was coming from, not the smoke alarms, any suggestions? We cleaned up before we went but I was disappointed when we arrived as we had to do a clean then.

Nice location near beach, beach was fantastic. House needs a good deep clean as well as recarpeting. Overall a great stay, quite location and our 2 small dogs loved it.

Not clean at all and totally cluttered
They say previous occupants to clean,not done. Mice everywhere, cleaner after we left than before we arrived. Everyone's rubbish and left over equipment left in garage. Keys weren't labelled to what they related to. Rang owner on arrival he wasn't at all interested in the dilemma we were facing with the total untidiness of the property. Will not be referring this property to anyone. Not at all what was advertised. Needed to be totally revamped. No where to put dry goods in kitchen. Every cupboard had worthless stuff in it. Worst house I have ever been in!
