Aquamarine on 3 makuuhuoneen talo sijaitsee takana dyyni, aivan turvallinen uimaranta. Se on kevyt, tilava tunne ja runsaasti tilaa suuremmille perheille tai ryhmille. Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu ja on jopa astianpesukone. Aquamarine on ihanteellinen pidempään oleskeluun ympäri vuoden. Se on hyvin eristetty, on voimakas käänteinen sykli ilmastointi / lämmitin ja sähköhuovat kaikki sängyt. Selkä kuisti on melko suuri, näkymät dyyni ja on BBQ sekä istuimet. Talossa on miellyttävä vihreä näkymät, mutta ei ole merinäköala. Vuonna 2016 talon sai juuri maalattu, useiden laitteiden tilalle ja kalusteet päivitetään.

Beach pääsy on suoraan talon takana, jossa ei ole kadulla. Ranta on suuri tutkia, on melko suojainen ja on hyvät kalavedet kiviä. On olemassa laaja lämmin matalikko myös lapsille, mutta myös helposti paikalla syvänmeren. Voit odottaa paljon luontoa ja merta on täynnä kalaa. Samaan aikaan, sinun olisi vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kaupoista, tekee elämän huomattavasti helpompaa.

On NBN laajakaista WiFi asennettu talon ja on ilmainen asiakkaiden käytössä. Voidaan jopa stream elokuvia tai pelata pelejä jos tuo tietokoneen.

Hyvin käyttäytyviä lemmikit voivat sallia yksittäisten järjestely, mutta puutarha ei ole aidattu.

Sijainti

Sijaitsee pohjoisrannikolla upea Kangaroo Island, Baudin Beach on pieni ratkaisun noin 100 taloa, 5 km itään Island Beach ja 10 km länteen Penneshaw lauttaterminaalilta. On hyvä supermarket ja useita ruokapaikat Penneshaw mutta ei ruokaa myydään Baudin Beach. Paikka on suuri kalastukseen ja sukeltamiseen hyvä veneluiska kadulla ja sukellus ostoksia nurkan takana. Alue on vihreämpää ja vähemmän tuulinen kuin Etelä saaren. Suojaisilla vesillä Itä Cove ovat tunnettuja runsas King George Whiting. On upea, turvallinen ja pitkälti oma ranta aivan talon takana. Valtatien johtaa saaren kaikkien nähtävyyksistä on vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä.

Sleeping kokoonpano

Tärkeimmät makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmas on kuningas yksi ja kerrossänky. On nyt 3 uutta vuodesohvaa oleskelutilassa, joka tarjoaa lisää nukkuu tarvittaessa. Myös portacot saatavilla vauva.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Dudley Conservation Park. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Fantastic stay by the beach
Aquamarine was well equipped and well located. We had a great time taking the short walk to the beach, travelling around KI and making trips into Penneshaw for coffee or supplies. Fantastic spot for kids. Anna was a helpful and communicative host.

Aquamarine - the best house on Kangaroo Island
Baudin Beach is a highly romantic, secluded treasure of nature and Aquamarine has been my favourite accommodation - a comfortable, spacious house; very clean and well heated in cold weather; had everything anyone would need. The tranquility and charm of the spot was compounded with the helpful, friendly host. By far my most memorable stay on Kangaroo Island.

Staying at the Aquamarine was an idyllic beach holiday. Pop over the sand dune to a scenic stretch of white sandy beach, which we shared with a pelican each evening. The Aquamarine had all of the amenities and space we needed and was within the perfect driving distance to Penneshaw. A relaxing family beach holidsy.

We went from a WOW on entry to the property to disapointment very quickly. We were warned the day before our arrival the the A/C was broken but a fan or 2 to replace it would have helped when it got hot in the house. there were many things that were not great, no sharp knives for meal prep, a broken toilet roll holder in the ensuite, only 1 tea towel for 3 people for 4 days, the pillow slips were not ironed made us wonder if the sheets were clean, much maintenance is required generally to this place. not a nice experience at all. I would never book this place again.

The house is located behind the dune Inside the house was clean to some standard. I wouldn’t usually like to leave negative feedback but the owner was overly irresponsible and unfriendly ! Basically , the property doesn’t look as advertised !The property manager responded with“ what do you want me to Do ?” Or “your lucky as her place is the best place and only a miracle can help you to find another place as good as hers” this was her answer on a 40 degrees day when you asked why the “AC “ is not working as it’s advertised! She also came up with another brilliant solution “ take a walk to the beach “ or “ AC broke 3 days ago , would you really had cancelled your trip if I would have told you that “ at the end she gave us a refund for the “hot day “ - 40 degrees only AFTER we complained to STAYZ. Outside is not what you see as advertised either! It’s grossly disgusting , stink of cigarettes butts under the veranda! Under the house is covered with cardboard ! Perfect attraction for snakes or fire. Kitchen is full of random dirty dishes and pots ! Everything is on top of each other though good luck finding something in there! Overall is not worth the money !

Our family of four (and dog) stayed at Aquamarine for 6 nights. We loved our morning walks with the pooch along Baudin Beach. It was a great base to explore the incredible Kangaroo Island. The house ticked all the boxes, was comfortable, warm and plenty of space for us all.

Basic accomodation
It was basic, good if you wanna just sleep somewhere/have shower/access to the fridge. But if you’re looking for some comfort- this isn’t a place. Place has damaged fly screens and walls/ceilings are covered in squished mosquitos and shoes prints haha. Semi neat place- but good enough if you are planning to spend time adventuring and sightseeing than being inside- if you’re tight on budget it’s ok :) also, if you’re first timer in KI it’s close to the “city” and ferry.

Fantastic house at Baudin Beach
Our family from Canberra, including our kids and parents from Adelaide all loved our 3 night stay at Aquamarine - we all wish we could have stayed longer. The house is so close to the beautiful Baudin beach which is great for swimming, snorkelling and fishing. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, including some extras for cooking which was great. The owner was so helpful in advance of our stay and quick to respond with any queries. We hope to return soon.

Great stay at Baudin Beach KI
Found the property in good shape and ready for our arrival, although the GPS dropped us four houses short in fading light, 15 minutes after the ferry ride to Penneshaw from SA. Cosy open plan house on limestone road frontage. All amenities provided worked well, and the kitchen well resourced. Daily travel around the Island to points of family interest was easy. Our eight days was just right for our adventures. Remember to book the car ferry through Sealink on the day you book your accommodation to get the ideal travel time for yourself-to and from the island as the locals and farm/construction fill most ferries. Allow two hours plus out of Adelaide city to Cape Jervis Ferry Terminal. The only issue with the house is previous tenants have torn the fly wire on the doors to unlock from the outside- kids I guess. Property owner Anna was very helpful with several phone or text contacts from time of booking to vacating the house. Beach access is over a large vegetated sand dune using stairway. Peaceful location comfortable home
Baudin beach is a peaceful group of houses with boat ramp, small bike track, fishing and rock exploring, sand dunes and beautiful sunsets. There is not much else to do here but well located to Penneshaw nearby. The back deck leads into the track that goes through the sand dunes to the beach, it’s a short walk. The sand flats are good for splashing around, would need to go further out for swimming. The holiday house is comfortable and tidy, WiFi and some board games. Even with the doors all closed we had quite a few mosquitos in the night, bring repellant if this is an issue. The host was helpful and generous giving us late checkout complimentary as there had been a power issue on the whole island when we arrived. Thank you for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The property was poorly maintained and not clean at all. We tried to vaccum but the vaccuum cleaner was clogged with dirt and we were not able to use it. The bare minimum were of toiletries were provided. Lighting was very poor. The bedside lamps in the guest bedroom did not have globes. My friends nearly tripped and fell on the kitchen floor where on the floor boards was projecting out. During the time of booking it appeared to be beach front from the photos but that was not so. This is the first and last time that I will be booking via Stayz as it appeared to me that their standards are lower than what I can book otherwise. Disappointed.
