Would not recommend this hotel
The hotel had pet allowed and the room right across my room had a dog that kept barking till 11pm and we couldn't sleep until late night. Another reason for giving low scores is that such a good renowned hotel doesn't provide free wifi. Even a small BNB has free wifi. But these people didn't provide free wifi or complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price. But views of the bay was nice.

Unexpected Westin Experience
The check in staff was not attentive at all. He gave no information about additional services provided by the hotel. I have to ask everything incl. airport shuttle service etc. The carpet in the room was dirty. The double bed was smaller than other hotels. The room isolation was bad so we can hear every talk of the neighboring rooms and people walking by on the hallway.
