Quiet, private location by the ocean, Kayak across the bay and explore white sandy beaches and coves on Man-O-War Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. Fish the flats just in front of the property one of the best area for bone fishing. Relax around our gazebo and sundeck right at the water's edge or go for a swim in the clear turquoise water just in front of the gazebo.
Bay View vacation rentals location is perfect; it’s away from it all, only a car ride from George Town (7 miles) the capital of Exuma.
This two conjoined units is perfect for small family or couples who just want to get away from it all. You can rent one unit or both units depending on the size of your group. Each unit contains two bed rooms, One room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds. One bathroom with a bath and shower, the full kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freezer, stove, micro-wave, coffee maker and much more. The lounge/dining area has a dining table that seats four and a breakfast counter that seats two, a large sofa and love seat with WiFi internet TV.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned, at back of the unit there is a BBQ Grill and a small wash room with a washer and dryer. At the front of the unit there is a large patio with lounge chairs and a gazebo at the water's edge for you to relax and appreciate the view.
The owner is a professional bonefish guide, so if you want expert help and a guide for the day ask for “Charlie”. Kayaks are available Free of charge for your enjoyment, 6 Cars (Toyota Corolla Axio) and a 15ft Boston Whaler with a 85hp motor are available here at the property for RENT.

Highlight of the trip!
First time in Exuma and Charlie was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The waterfront is so beautiful and the Boston whaler/car gave us easy access to explore. The house is cozy and immaculately clean, all of the appliances, rooms and furniture were spotless. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time. Highly recommend.

BEYOND INCREDIBLE!
We have traveled to dozens of places across the Caribbean, and this was one of the most beautiful places we've ever experienced. This unit was also the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in - anywhere! Charlie and his wife have created this incredibly relaxing place where your soul can rest and unwind. I can't overemphasize how BEAUTIFUL the view is from this unit. The photos don't do it justice!The unit was spotless and had every convenience we could ask for. We cooked during our stay and had everything we needed; the unit is very well stocked. The unit has air conditioning and ceiling fans. It was stocked with paper products. There is a washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets. They really have thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing!We rented a car from Charlie (he has very nice, new cars!) and were so happy we did. He arranged for a taxi from the airport and things could not have been smoother. They have kayaks and paddle boards to use, and we ventured out a couple of days to explore the area. We saw turtles (daily), a baby shark, birds and fish. We explored the island across the way and found shells and crabs. This location is off the beaten path which is what we wanted. The location provides an amazing quietness. When we were sitting on the dock watching the water we didn't hear cars, trucks, boats or people. It was just the sounds of nature - what a change!We will stay here again (and again and again....) and look forward to it!

Million dollar view
This place has the best sand bar we have ever seen, and it’s right in the back yard. If you are able to take the 3 minute canoe trip across the water, you will be able to have access to a practically private island. There is also a lot of wildlife around the area, like sharks, big tropical fish, and sand crabs that would be really fun for kids to play with. The owner provides cars and a boat for rental right at the property, which makes everything very accessible and simple to get transportation.The property is very clean and specious. Nice and friendly owner. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay
For us, Bay View Vacation Rentals is a holiday paradise. Charlie and Shamika take great pride in maintaining their property and ensuring that their guests feel comfortable and secure. If we could, we would give it 6 stars.Charlie arranged transport from the airport for us. Upon arrival we rented one of his cars for our two week stay.Our days were spent kayaking, swimming, walking the beautiful beaches, or just relaxing on the deck by the ocean with a good book. We also took in some of the excellent dining available on the island.This property lies directly on the ocean and includes a small beach area. It is protected by Man O War Cay, which allowed us to kayak almost daily. We especially enjoyed kayaking to Man O War Cay or Moriah Cay and walking the pristine and secluded beaches which face the open ocean. The water was warm and inviting. We saw sea turtles, rays, fish, and numerous birds of every description.The island has much to offer, including many magnificent and uncrowded beaches, boat rentals and tours, bonefishing, and of course the beautiful turquoise water.We'll be back!Laura and Steve

Loved Exuma and this place was perfect for us!
Just returned from a fabulous 2 on Exuma. We stayed at BayView Villas (villa 1) It was perfect! It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We ate out some, but cooked or grilled most meals (nice grill right outside the back door)The hosts Charlie and Shemeika live in the house behind and are there if you need anything and are the nicest folks you will meet.It was just me and my husband, but since it is a two bedroom it could accommodate a small family or could rent the attached 2nd villa too. The yard and gazebo/shelter by the water was our favorite place! The view/water is stunning! The gazebo by the water had a large table, chairs, lounges and great shade if needed. It is right across from man- o-war cay and we kayaked across and experienced the cay and Moriah Harbor Cay National Park on the other side. Also there is a nice beach in the cove so always calm waters there. There is a porch with chairs and table by the home also. Can't wait to return. If looking for a luxury resort feel this isn't it. But if looking to get away with nice accommodations, beautiful waters, calm and quiet, this is for you. We looked at a lot of places online before booking and again when we got to the island and for our needs we hands down picked the perfect place! We enjoyed a day at the Coconut Club on Stocking island,took A1 water taxi and had a great time, food and drinks and wonderful service from Cassandra.
