Talomme on sekoitus "vanhasta rantatyylistä" ja "uudesta" ... suurin osa talosta on moderni, rantavaunu, kevyt ja ilmava, mutta meillä on nostalginen vanha ranta-mökki knotty-mäntyseinät ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, kerroksessa Olohuone, jossa takka ja näköala lahdelle. On myös toinen olohuone yläkerrassa oma TV lisättyä yksityisyyttä, rauhaa ja rentoutumista.
Talomme on kaikki tavanomaiset kodin mukavuudet. Talo on aina ammattimaisesti puhdistaa ennen meidän vuokralaisen saapuessa ja on täysin varusteltu keittiö.

Tämä on yksi edullisimmista Bayfronts saarella. Täysin remontoitu vuonna 2008 kaikki uudet huonekalut ja kodinkoneet.

Ottaa rennosti!!! Lopussa päivä rannalla voit ... laiskotella lahden edessä kannet ja nauttia viileä tuulahdus katsellen purjeveneet ja kaunis värikäs auringonlaskuja, tai rentoutua hyvän kirjan ja viileä tuuli Bay Front Adirondack tuolit, tai rentoutua Hot Tub kun katsot tähtiä tai valot heijastuvat veden viileä yö taivas. Kokki ulkona BBQ kaasugrilli tai lyhyen 3-lohko auton kyydissä ravintoloita ja jäätelöä salit lähistöllä.

Lapset ei tarvitse viihdyttävä! He löytävät sen itse ... Heillä on ... Bay / laguunin ympäröivät talon uimiseen ja pelaa heidän lautat tai he voivat mennä Bay Beach 16. St (henkikaarti). Ja vaikka Ocean (myös hengenpelastajia), he voivat mennä ranta-kampaus, kuori kerää, rakennus hiekka linnoja, tutkia, kehon surfing. He voivat mennä sivuttain etenevät klo Bay 24th Street (elokuussa vain). Tai ajaa heidät miniatyyri golf, jäätelöbaareihin, Beach Haven huvipuisto vesiliukumäkiä. Kauneus North End Surf City ei ole vain mukava arkkitehtuuri (sekoitus vanhaa viehättävä mökkiä iso laaja uusi arkkitehtuuri), joka tekee ihana romanttisia kävelyretkiä perheen kanssa, mutta myös se, että siellä on niin paljon kävelyetäisyydellä. Beautiful Jersey Shore Home
We loved this home so much we hate checking out. Beautiful shore house. Loved that it wasn't the McMansions that they are building now. Home was spotless when we walked through the door. The view couldn't be any better. Well stocked kitchen. Don was an awesome host. Will definitely rent again. Just wish it had one more bedroom.

Quaint, fun, bayfront home
Great home, directly on the Barnegate bay and surrounded by water on two sides. We loved the sunsets and quiet rhythm of the day and night as well a cute hot tub beneath old pine trees. We loved every minute.

Second time....Even better than the first!
Absolutely the best place to spend the Holiday week... Our family enjoyed it all...the short walk up to the ocean, the kids loved the easy access with our kayak and paddle boards. The Bayview sunsets from the hot tub and the house had everything we needed.. perfection!

It’s PERFECT
On the bay and 3 blocks to the ocean …..it’s perfect. Whether you are watching TV in the living room, doing a 1000 piece puzzle in the dining room, snacking in the kitchen, soaking in the hot tub , resting in the hammock, or watching a spectacular sunset over the bay on the deck… this is the place to be! This is a lovely house with a lot of room for you and your family or friends to enjoy your vacation. The owner is very attentive to any needs that arise. We had a GREAT time.

A little piece of heaven….
We had a lovely week at this house on the bay. There were 4 adults. We had plenty of room and privacy. The location is great and the house is just a short walk to the ocean. Lots of great food near by! It was perfect for us. Going back next year. Thanks Don for sharing your house with us.

Sunset house with something for everyone
We have rented this property since 2018 and have already requested the same week for next summer. We love this property. We had 4 generations in the home. The house has something for everyone. My Mom, who is in her 80’s was able to have a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor so she did not have to climb the stairs. My daughter, her husband and their 2 sons enjoyed having the second living area upstairs, as well as their own bathroom. My husband and I took the master bedroom. It also has its own bathroom. We were able to wake up to views of the bay. We all appreciated spending time on the back deck, and watching the sunsets. The new kitchen is well equipped. We did not need to bring a thing. There are tons of games in the closet. We had a blast playing board games in the evenings. We also enjoyed the hot tub after the kids went to bed. There are plenty of beach toys and a beach cart available. The location is fantastic. It is just a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and shops. The bay beach, playgrounds and pickleball courts are a short bike ride away. The house is nicely decorated and was very clean when we arrived. The owner is always accessible by phone or text and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend renting this property.

Spent such a lovely week in LBI! The house was clean and cozy. The view of the bay from the backyard was beautiful. I absolutely loved watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Don was an excellent host and communicated all necessary information clearly, he was also readily available as needed. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful week at a bayfront Jersy shore ho.e
We had a great family vacation at this beautful & comfortable house on Barnegat Bay. The house truly had every amenity we wanted- bay front, spacious, sunny, great kitchen, hot tub( very popular!)and a short walk to both the beach and many atores and restaurants. Our host, Don, was great-and went the extra mile to ensure we had an excellent vacation. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location
This is our 2nd year at this location. Don is an amazing host. The location is really spectacular . The most beautiful sunsets. Close walk-to town. They have everything you need right there. Beach is close by . Kids and grandchildren enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed swimming in the bay , catching crabs and evenings in the hot tub watching the stars. We all loved it so much we want to book it for 2weeks next year. We are looking forward to going back . 😎😎😎

LOVE this house and the location and the VIEWS!!!
We couldn't have been more happier than our stay at this House! Not only was the house beautifully kept and so comfortable but I believe this house was cleaner than any house we have ever rented. The cleaners keep the house immaculate. Don says its been the same cleaning woman/team since he bought the house years ago. The Decor is something like out of Coastal Living magazine. We had wonderful weather and the Island s so peaceful in October. I enjoyed sitting at the Bayfront table under the stars at night with the moonlight and the bridge lights reflecting over the water. My son and my grandson would be in the Hot Tub every night. A very relaxing vacation. We look forward to comig back next year.

Beautiful Sunsets
I just spent a wonderful week with my Family at this home. First of all watching the sunsets every evening was amazing. The house had everything you need. Close to a bakery, butcher, ice cream, restaurants etc. and you can get to the light house and all they have there in no time. the Beach was great and the Lifeguards Professional. The most bang for your Buck on the Island.

Absolutely beautiful
This was our first year renting in surf city. (When have been in ship bottom for 40+ years). We had a absolutely awesome time! Don was amazing and everything went smoothly. The pictures do not do it justice it! The views were amazing and the house was Roomie and spotless. Rooms we large and it had everything we needed and mor. The location was easy to get to and everything was in walking distance. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We definitely will be back again!

LBI - Surf City
The house met our needs. It was clean and spacious, and situated in a lovely setting on the bay. My only complaint would be the fact that a number of windows did not open as well as some window blinds. As to VRBO, this was my first time using, and was annoyed that I had to reach out on more than one occasion to obtain information that should have been automatically emailed to me.
