Here, the toughest decision will be which room you will spend the most time in entertaining. Which of the four decks to relax on. This home is Amazing and takes renting a vacation home to the next level in this custom home.

6 Bedroom, 4.5 bathroom. Sleeps 20 comfortably.
6th bedroom is a Large 1st floor Master suite converted to a Kids playroom which is used as a bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa . ( additional 5 Roll Away Beds with Memory Foam Mattress's
All Bedrooms in house come with custom Kirsch Top down, bottom up Blackout blinds if you like to sleep in the pitch black.

This is much more then the average vacation Home. It’s our second home. So you will find all the little things that make a house a home from puzzles and games for rainy days, A ton of outdoor recreation equipment, to A fully stocked kitchen.

Main level has Custom Kitchen with 2 sinks, professional appliances, Granite counter tops, Wine Fridge, Ice Maker, Large Island with seating and much more, opening up to the spacious dining and living room. 4 different decks including large roof deck with 360 views up and down the island.

For Boat lovers you can buoy your boat right outside of the house and walk right to it off of the sand beach. it should be noted that the Bay depth in this area is no more then 3-4 feet at HIGH tide meaning you can Buoy you boat and walk to it up to 200 feet out and not have to swim. A rarity to have a sand beach on the bay that shallow instead of bulkhead and deep water! Awesome for young kids as the water does not drop off till you get to the channel hundreds of feet out and don't have to worry about the young ones being swept by waves in over their head. The Bay is calm and perfect to lounge around on one of the 2 Giant rafts offered or take a swim in the warm waters. The house also comes with a 5 person paddle boat, 7 kayaks, 18 bikes, 4 stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, Crab traps, Fishing poles, and lots of floats and tubes. We even provide you with 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 beach buggies to cart all your gear in.

Walk to local restaurants, Ice cream shop, Beach shop and fishing stores. In a great area for biking and only a few block walk to the beach. Island is very narrow at this point.

There is a large ground patio with dinner seating and separate lounging area as well. There is a kids pirate ship to play on and the landscaping consists of a dozen palm trees, a wall of arborvitaes and tons of beach grasses giving you ultimate privacy.

Family Rentals Only! Our vacation home is for family rentals ONLY. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 30) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 27. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Proms or Parties of any kind are not allowed at or on the property of our home. OUR HOME IS MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. Great Space for Families
This is a great space and location for families. Our weekend was overcast and rainy, but we were still able to enjoy many of the amenities offered by the homeowner. Kayaks, paddle boat, etc. and loads of family fun fishing in the bay. Water level is great for children and would probably be loads of fun in the summer with boat traffic creating waves for the kids to enjoy.

Amazing family spot
Our family came in from all over the country for a memorial and this house was perfect for our large group of adults. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates etc for a large group. The views were amazing, lots of activities for kids too when some other family stopped to say hello. There were plenty of toys and activities to keep them entertained during the visit. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing sunsets at this comfortable, well stocked home
As the owner said ‘all you need to supply is food’ (and, I might add, clothing). Gorgeous views of sunset from multiple decks. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, towels and sand toys most of which are in reasonable condition. Bikes for all sizes, a variety of flotation devices, kayaks, pedal boat and even a catamaran in the back of the shed. Large toy room. Fantastic rooftop hot tub that is well maintained. All the supplies one needs ( dishwasher pods, detergent, shampoo, foil, ziplocks). There with two kids and 5 grandkids under the age of 6. Had fun playing in small private, shallow, sandy beach at the house as well as walking down the street to the white sand beach at the ocean. Weather has taken its toll on some of the outdoor items ( the wooden pirate ship playground). Some minor maintenance issues that the owner promptly addressed. Owner very responsive. Gave us a very detailed and useful orientation by phone once we arrived. Increased our awareness to the home’s idiosyncrasies. For the price ($3000/night) it should have come with a housekeeper to bring in and out all the outdoor chair cushions and sweep out the inevitable sand! Roomy. Nicely appointed. No regrets about rental.

Amazing views and great location
Wow don’t know where to start. When we first walked in the first thing we noticed was the view. Its spectacular! The home had a cozy beach feel even though we were not a large family. Beds were extremely comfortable, house was very clean and well stocked with pretty much everything but food. The sand beach was key for water sports right off the deck. Perfect location close to everything. The rooftop hot tub views were even more amazing. had a great time and will definitely be back! By far the nicest house we have stayed at.

Wonderful place for a family gathering!
Our group consisted of family members spread out across the country who hadn't seen each other since before 2019. Our ages ranged from two to ninety-four. This home had everything we needed -- a gorgeous view of the bay, plenty of toys and games, and a perfect location. The host was very gracious, and an excellent communicator. Thanks, Michael!

AMAZING!
This home was spectacular. The views of the bay and access to private bay beach were everything the listing promised. We kayaked, paddle boated, fished and biked (all with equipment provided by the owner). Perfect place for large group dining, playing games and enjoying the sun. Another great feature - sheets, towels, soap, etc were provided. We literally walked in and started enjoying our vacation. This is not just a rental property. It is a home and the owner wants you to enjoy it as his family does, I can't wait to return.

Fabulous location!
This property has everything you need to have an amazing stay on LBI. On the bay with it’s own little beach and just a few blocks from the ocean. We never even went to the ocean because there was no need and the bay was better! Was able to go into the water in May! Kayaking was fun and felt safe on the bay side. House has incredible views of the water and sunsets. Plenty of room to gather for meals and lots of provided equipment for having fun including bikes. Many places to relax with fabulous views both inside and outside. One note I would give is understandably you need to bring out cushions for the outside furniture and then bring them in each night so you may want to wait and see where you feel like you will spend the most time and only bring out those cushions (you need to use cushions on the furniture). We put out all the cushions the first day and realized that we just preferred to sit by the water in beach chairs so only brought out a view cushions for the chairs around the outside tables. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Our group travels a fair bit and we all loved this place. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation Home!
This is a great vacation home for the entire family regardless of ages. Plenty for everyone to do, from kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing without ever leaving the house. Very spacious on both floors. Owners were super responsive to any needs. Unbelievable bay views from everywhere in the house.

FABULOUS SUMMER RENTAL
This property was perfect! During the pandemic when we wanted to get away but not be out, this house had it all.... From check-in with a home made cake, welcome letter and a cooler filled with complimentary cold drinks to amazing views, and loads of 'stay at home' fun (kayaking, peddle boating, mostly private beach, views, hot tub, corn hole games for hours, hot tubbing, bikes, outdoor dining and more. The fun was endless in an amazing home! We were sad to leave when our time was done! Owner was very responsive.

Relax in paradise
Had a great weekend at this wonderful house. Pictures do not do it justice. So relaxing and soothing. I can’t believe the views from the hot tub. WOW, just WOW!! Crazy place for the hot tub and so perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and will great memories. The house had everything we needed already there. Thanks for making our weekend!! We will be back!!

Famliy Beach Fun Week
We loved this property! The house was in the perfect location with its own beach into shallow water in the bay. There were lots of sports toys to play with including kayaks, paddle boards and all the sand buckets you could need. Even carts to help bring your beach towels(included) and stuff to the beach. We had such a wonderful week and my children and grandchildren want to do it again!

Beautiful house and location!
This home is a great turnkey luxury beachfront rental. Mike checked us in and showed us the many features of the home, which was a helpful orientation. The kids loved the bay and the many boats. Everything is available, you don’t need to bring anything other than clothes.

Fabulous family home
This home is so beautiful and fun and the homeowners are so wonderfully accommodating. The home is located right on the bay, providing beautiful views and lots of activities, thanks to the myriad equipment provided by the homeowners (paddleboards, kayaks, fishing poles, a pirate ship slide, bikes). Great for young children because they can play in the sand close to home. Or, the ocean beach is a short walk away and carts and chairs are provided by the homeowners. The home is spacious with lots of room for a large family indoors and outdoors. We highly recommend this home...but don't take the weekend we want next year!
