I rented this home for several days for my family to be close to Parris Island for the Marines Tour/Orientation Day, Family Day, and Graduation Day. I was particularly interested in ensuring our new Marine had a perfect quiet place to sleep overnight before we got on the road to return home. Additionally, I wanted to reduce the risk of being too far away when it came to being at PI early enough to have hassle-free check-ins and good parking. It all worked out wonderfully. The house was very well kept and had basic amenities necessary to cook for ourselves rather than constantly run-around when most of our time would be consumed with being at PI. When we were able to be at the house, it was so comfortable. The simple modern decor provided a serene energy. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. There were no disturbances. It was rather silent which, as I mentioned already, is what we hoped for. Since I love taking walks, it was also nice to discover the Spanish Moss Trail nearby and a park as well. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do for people who are seeking it. We went to one Mexican restaurant with delicious food and large portions while there. It was called La Nopalera. It was only about a 3 minute drive from the house. Returning to the topic of the property, I will definitely stay there again if I have reason to return to the area. I also highly recommend it to any other people seeking to be close to Parris Island. It was only 13 mins away.
