Nice Getaway
The condo was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for my weekend retreat. Talked with Morris several times and he was very helpful in making my stay excellent. Close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend!

Quiet Location
We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay. It was like we were there by ourselves. The place could use some attention to its cleanliness, especially the kitchen drain and the primary bathroom tub/shower knob. The shower curtain needed to be cleaned or replaced as well.

The condo we stayed at was so clean and comfortable. Loved the short board walk to the ocean, loved all the flowers and nature, butterflies everwhere, bunnies, such beautiful wildlife. My 5 year old had the best birthday ever here. We'll be back.

Perfect location!
I was thrilled with this property. It was clean, modern, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, and I was able to park right in front of the door. The rooms had MANY amenities; the owner has thought of everything you might need. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Not as expected
This stay was not as expected. You can tell the condo is old and owners Have tried to dyi some remodeling. But the ceiling was peeling, there are screws coming up in the floor joints by the kitchen and living room area. If the neighbors above are running a load of laundry and dishwasher at 11pm you can hear it in the bedroom as you are trying to fall asleep. The bathroom shower has mold. The kitchen is super small with barely any counter top. There isn’t anywhere to store stuff. The bedroom does have 2 dressers but that is it. Also note that Fripp Island is a private island and you Will not be able to go eat there. There are no restaurants in Harbor Island. You have to leave to go eat.

A very much needed quiet and relaxing home to destress and focus on what we needed to do while down visiting family. The Home is absolutely beautiful and location is perfect and convenient to everything. The walk to the beach is perfect and the privacy is even better. Def will be staying again

I liked everything in the property. I never attempted to find the pool -- it was too windy and cold. Linens were clean, everything I needed was there. This condo would be perfect IF: Cushions on the sofa would be aired out - if not changed. There's a strong odor (perspiration? or just too old and used?) Some people won't mind it esp. men. But women will -- as they seat on it, while watching TV.

3 nights at Harbor Island, SC
Clean and comfortable condo. Quiet except for occasional banging noise from a unit being renovated 3 doors down. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Very comfortable bed and sofa. AC not fully functional - sometimes could not get it cooler than 76 degrees inside even on mild day. Ceiling fans helped. TV in bedroom did not work - living room TV was fine. Broken towel rack in half bath. Unit F-104 is the furthest from the beach (not clear in description). Very beautiful and quiet beach.

Our First Vacay
I'm a single mom with a 9 year old son and this was the first time in his life that we could take a little vacation together. This condo was affordable, clean, cozy, had a comfy bed and furniture, super cute decor... it was just right for us! We enjoyed the pool and the beach (having the parking and access was superb!), I made spaghetti in the kitchen, and the local restaurants were nearby for us to go out too. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and we'll definitely be back! -Leisha & Sebastian

RELAXING GETAWAY ON HARBOR ISLAND!!
We love the low country of SC. We decided on Harbor Island for my birthday weekend getaway. It was a first for us and I have to stay the island is beautiful, laid back and a great place to be. We arrived but unfortunately our check in info was not at the gate. I had to call the property manager but thankfully he answered and got us in. We stayed at the Cedar Reef Condos. It was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The back patio always had a nice breeze and only a few steps to the pool/hot tub area. Do bring your beach chairs because you will love the boardwalk out to the white sandy beach area. It is a little walk but the dunes are full of wild flowers!! The sound is a lot calmer with not many shells or waves compared to the Atlantic Ocean but just as relaxing. Many activities like volleyball, basketball, yoga, another pool and fabulous food trucks were available. We visited Johnson Creek Tavern for lunch and it was great too. Also rode out to Fort Freemont and enjoyed Land's End Beach area. Just be careful in the water. We saw dolphins, a shark and an alligator. You never know what will show up. We fished out at Eddins Point and brought home seafood from Lady's Island. I had a fabulous birthday with my other half. We hope to visit soon or for me ASAP!!
