garden city Dekwaneh was closed for over 7 months after I pays and Reserve for 15 days I arrive in the front of the hotel to find it closed and I have to find another hotel you received the money you give me confirmation for closed hotel and you cose me more expense for tripe and you still ask me how's your stays at garden city Dekwaneh it was closed and you don't know I allready file a complaint month ago and you did not explains or apologies to me and my wife soon I will go public with pictures and documents if you don't act fast

They checked me into a room with full of water which was due to leakage in the bathroom. After that they checked me into another room. Room cleanliness not as expected
