Average hotel, needs improvements
Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception.
Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad.
Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. If the card is functioning on your door it is not working anymore in the gym and vice versa.
Breakfast, the restaurant is dark and sad. People are smoking there and also the staff.
The buffet is often empty and serves different dishes depending at what time you are having the breakfast. The signs of the dishes are only in Arabic, maybe should be in English also. (Allergies etc.) No fresh fruits or cold drinks are served.
The rooftop pool, is from 10.00 am fully booked specially during the weekends by the local people from Beirut. All sun beds reserved with towels and bags. The water in the pool is quite dirty with hair etc. No one is taking a shower before entering the pool and no one is checking that. The blue and white sunbeds were very dirty.
The waitress (Raija) in the morning shift was very helpful and professional.
The room is nice with big hard beds but the bed linen ( sheets, etc) should be cleaner.
