I loved the staffs and their services done very professionally in a friendly manner. The property its clearly very attractive, welcoming in and outside the building. The breakfast was always amazingly delicious 😋 I dont like the way phone calls are handled even in the matter of urgency after a customer checking out and left valuable in the room, I dont understand. Im still waiting though dissapointed without any message or call from the hotel until today?? All in all i had great time from 26th -29th thanks

Nice hotel, great location for Belfast city centre. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good. On the whole the room was great, but just the odd bit of poor maintenance (bathroom door handle loose and clearly had been noticed, but not fixed well). Would definitely use again, but a little more attention to detail would be good.

It's location only room very dark hotel has a lot of noise all bedroom doors bang shut very loudly
