Good spot close to the aiport
We needed a base close to the aiport for 1 night and BW delivered. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Plenty of food choices between the cafe/bar/restaurant. Pool is a bonus although space is a premium. Shuttlw service although extra, it was also welcome.

Nice and clean property with good amenities. However, staff are poorly trained, unfriendly, uninformed and unhelpful. I’d expected better from an American chain. The only exception is Michael, the bellman, who went above and beyond to assist us even outside of his core responsibilities. There should be more Michael’s around to upgrade this property.

I gave the hotel a 4star because doesn’t have an airport shuttle. We paid a little bit more for the whirlpool tub and the jets didn’t work. The jets stayed on a low setting. I told the hotel and maintenance came to confirm the jets were inoperative but didn’t follow up. So we paid for the king suite with the hot tub like tub and couldn’t use it

Staff is great and rooms are fine. Margarita drink at restaurant was terrible and the amount of wine in an order (only 4 oz!) is ridiculous but those are first world problems I know. The food I had at the restaurant was good. Have not tried the pool area or the gym yet.
