The apartment has a magnificent location where you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by. It is also worth noting that it is close to the beach, approximately 700 m or a 10-minute walk from our beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.
Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers a jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as an on-site restaurant/bar, a children\'s club and evening entertainment (subject to community decisions on opening/closing).
The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village-style and the apartment offers an exceptionally large open terrace with a southwest orientation and sun until late afternoon.
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those who holiday in Benalmádena every year are likely to repeat their bookings in this complex, this particular apartment is especially interesting as there is no lift in Pueblo Evita, the apartment has the advantage of being on the first floor, while having a spectacular unobstructed view of the city, the mountain and the sea.

In addition to personal data, our government also requires us to inform and send the following transaction-related data to the authorities:
- Contract: reference number, date and signature
- Contract execution: check-in and check-out dates and times
- Property: full address, number of rooms and internet connection (yes/no)
- Payment: type (cash, credit card, payment platform, transfer, etc.), payment method identification (card type and number, bank account IBAN, mobile payment solution, others), payment method holder, card expiry date and payment date.
