Poikkeuksellinen Sunriver Home lähellä Deschutes Rive ja Mt. poikamies

Kevyt, kirkas ja poikkeuksellisen puhdas. Talomme on hyvin hoidettu, ja se sijaitsee 1 mailin päässä Sunriveristä ja 15 mailin päässä Mt Bachelor and Bendista. Kodissa on peruskaapeli-tv, nopea langaton internet ja Netflix- ja Hulu-tilaukset vieraillemme. Tämä on naapurustomme mukavin loma-asunto. Olemme lähellä Mt. Kandidaatti, Sunriver, Bend ja kaikki heidän tarjoamansa palvelut.

Kotimme nukkuu 6 mukavasti. Se on hyvin lähellä Deschutes-jokea, Sunriver Villagea ja Mt. Poikamies. Hyvin hoidetussa, täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon ja viihdyttämiseen. Kodissamme on ilmastointi kesällä ja kaasutakka talvella. Ole hyvä ja ei lemmikkejä. Nopea WiFi sisältyy 3 Smart TV: hen ja laadukkaaseen Bose-äänijärjestelmään. Meillä ei ole välittömiä naapureita, joten voit vapaasti melua. Kotimme on lapsiystävällinen. Koti on noin 1000 metrin päässä Deschutes-joesta. Meillä on 2 hienoa ravintolaa ja pieni lähikauppa 800 metrin päässä. Aivan kadun varrella vieraille on yksityinen veneiden käynnistäminen luostarin pääsylle Deschutes-joelle. Pyöräile sisään ja ulos kesällä pääsyllä Sunriver-pyöräteille ja satojen mailien Mt-pyöräteille vain mailin päässä. Talvella vieraamme voivat moottorikelkalla tai maastohiihdolla ajotieltä ja käyttää kaikkia hoidettuja polkuja Deschutes-metsässä tai ajaa Elk Lake Lodge -kadulle lämpimän juoman tai lounaan saamiseksi. Meillä on vieraillemme saatavana SHARC-virkistysliput, mutta tiedustele ennen varauksen tekemistä, jos haluat varata ne ryhmällesi.

Kodin vieressä olevalla erillisellä tontilla on oma kauppa, johon vierailla EI ole pääsyä. Tämän kaupan ajotieltä ja autokatosalueesta vuokrataan asuntoauto / perävaunu. Jos haluat varata tämän ystävillesi matkailuautoilla / perävaunuilla, tiedustele öisin hinnasta.

Huomaa myös, että kiinteistön ympärillä on 2 erittäin suloista ulkokissaa. Kissat eivät ole sallittuja taloon ja me shampooamme mattoja säännöllisesti, mutta jos olet erittäin allerginen eläimille, kannattaa harkita toista ominaisuutta. Kiitos!

Lovely home would stay again!
We had a great time at this cute little house! Everything was clean and as advertised. We usually stay on the Sunriver resort but it was a nice chance of pace to be just 3 min away, so quiet and peaceful.

Family trip
We were delighted with this property. It matched the description perfectly so we were not disappointed when we arrived. The SHARC pool passes were an extra bonus for us and greatly appreciated by my grandson.This property was meticulously cared for with well appointed rooms, well stocked bathrooms (including a bidet!) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. One thing that would make the bathrooms even better would be to add handrails in the showers. Because we are cat lovers, we were especially pleased to see that the cats in the garage actually existed and were quite friendly. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them about the fireplace issue which could not be resolved in the short time we were there. Overall, I would recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood.

The owners were super responsive to our requests and need. We had a really good stay. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The only minor draw back was the house in in somewhat of a business area, of which I didn't realize when booking.

Surprise surprise!
Well we were aware they had cars although we're not aware of the lady that comes to take care of them. She just let herself into the garage. My husband was surprised very suddenly, went out to garage to find a strange lady rummaging around. Hmmmm, it also seems as if the owners business is in the shop at house. They were very noisy and stood on the property to make phone calls very early, yes surprise surprise! 😮

Property was well maintained, but dated. Modern and nice appliances and BBQ. Hard to get out of driveway due to complete roping off of adjacent shop area. Nice keyless entry system. Maximum of six renters allowed, but limited seating if you had six adults in your party. We enjoyed our three night stay.

Quiet-Private setting amongst the Trees!
We experienced 5-Star service in this beautiful home. The private setting provided views of trees and wildlife from the expansive kitchen/great-room. Only minutes from Mt Bachelor where enjoyed optimum snow conditions along with a bright sunny day. Thank you for the comfortable beds and excellent amenities!

Super clean and well stocked vacation home!
Our family of four had a great two day stay at this house in Sunriver. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in and had all the amenities needed. Extras like paper towels, trash bags, and a Kuerig with many coffee choices were appreciated. And Netflix was great for the kids at bedtime. All in all a great house.

Enjoyed our stay!
This property fit what we and another couple needed for a four night vacation. It’s quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the Sunriver Resort, blocks away from fishing access, nearby golf, and wonderful restaurants. It was very clean, well appointed, including a tv in each bedroom. One small complaint are the two queen beds are so high, I needed to find a footstool to get into the bed, I am 5’6”.

Great time in Sunriver
We loved this place! Blake was there when we arrived, so he gave us a quick tour of the place. It was in a perfect location and because it was not directly in Sunriver, we had plenty of privacy and serenity without all the bike traffic rolling by. It was close enough to the bike trails to pick them up in Sunriver so it was conveniently located. The house had plenty of room for the family to spread out and be comfortable. We even had two stray cats to keep us company. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to the next time we visit.
