Hei! Olemme niin iloisia, että olet kiinnostunut talomme vuokraamisesta. Alla on erittely kodistamme, yhteisöstä ja Sunriver / Bend-alueesta. Mökki on mahtava paikka oleskella ja tunnemme valokuvien puhuvan puolestaan! Kerro meille, jos sinulla on kysyttävää.

TALAMME:

 * Vuonna 2016 rakennettu Caldera Cabin 42 on ihanteellinen ryhmille, ja se tarjoaa 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 täyttä kylpyammetta: 2 kylpyhuoneellista kuninkaata, jokaisella on oma täysi kylpyamme, 1 queen-huone kylpyammeella aulan yli ja runsas bonus / makuuhuone-parvi, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, kahden hengen vetäytyminen, kuningatar vetäytyminen ja kaksi sänkyä nukkumassa 4. Huomaa: 4-vuotiaat ja sitä vanhemmat eivät sisälly kotikapasiteettiin.

* Yläkerran olohuoneessa ja bonus- / makuuhuonetilassa on iso näyttötelevisio, Sonos-äänijärjestelmä, blue ray / DVD -kokoelma, premium-kaapeli, Netflix-suoratoisto ja blue ray -soittimet.

* Tämä oli malli koti ja se on sisustettu ammattimaisesti päästä varpaisiin ylellisten viimeistelyjen lisäksi. Mökissä 42 on suuri ruokapöydässä mahtuu jopa 10, pubipöytä, ikkunaistuintuolit, nahkasohva, taidetta, sisäänrakennetut, laajat lehtipuut, holvikatot, katettu terassi, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, gourmet-keittiö laattagrafiitilla, oksainen leppäkaapit, huippuluokan laitepaketti, saari, ruokasali, KAIKKI ruoanlaittovälineet jne. * Viimeisenä, mutta ei vähäisimpänä, muita loman mukana tulevia esineitä ovat piha- ja lautapelit, musiikki, elokuvat, bbq, poreallas, kajakkeja, meloa, kalastus sauvat, kelkat, pyörät, tennismailat, pokeripöytä ja pingispöytä.


TIETOA CALDERA-KEVASTA

* Caldera Springs on yksityinen lomakeskus, jossa liikennettä on vähemmän kuin Sunriverissa yleensä. Vaikka molemmat ovat hienoja, Caldera sopii täydellisesti vähemmän tungosta, intiimimmälle vetäytymiselle. Caldera sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla monissa paikallisissa ravintoloissa Sunriverissä ja on vain 20 minuutin päässä Bendin keskustasta.

* Calderassa on yksityisiä järviä, järvetalo, tenniskentät, leikkipaikka, koripallokenttä, kuntosali, pukuhuone, uima-allas liukumäellä, poreallas, uima-altaan palvelu, ilmaiset pyyhkeet, 9 mailin kävely- ja pyöräteitä, lentopallokenttä, oma ravintola, elävää musiikkia, päivittäisiä lomakohteita, avotakka, biljardipöytä ja par 3-golfkenttä.

Great location by clubhouse and nice amenities
Lovely mountain house close to clubhouse and pool. House has spa, BBQ, ping pong table and bikes for all ages (some of the bikes need repairs). Well equipped kitchen. My only recommendations would be to provide more towels and to provide a step by step guide for using the TVs given the many remotes and options. Without renting through the HOA, you don’t have access to the second new Lake House clubhouse opening in the neighborhood or the golf course. But the original clubhouse is available to use and across the street. We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Recommend this property.

Wonderful Family Gathering
We had a wonderful time at this home. Our group included 4 kids from 4-9 years old and 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids absolutely loved having their own retreat upstairs with the game room and their own bathroom. Having 2 en suite bedrooms on the first floor was so helpful. We traveled with older grandparents who have difficulty with stairs and this home made it very easy for them. Kitchen was well equipped. The home is close to the village. We look forward to coming back in warmer weather to take better advantage of all that the area has to offer!

My biggest problem is that the beds were so uncomfortable, the master bed and the bunk beds upstairs, also they said there was a pull out bed upstairs but when we got there it said it was unavailable. During the stay a few problems where quickly resolved by the management company ( a noisy smoke alarm, and the hot tub was not clean or warm). I did not want to write a review but VRBO and the owners kept insisting. So in conclusion nice house terrible beds.

Nice place but not clean
We go the Sunriver every Christmas with my family. I have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren who are small and spend a decent amount of time in the floor playing. I had reached out to the host when I booked the house to please make sure the floors were clean for this reason. I can say with 100% certainty the floors were not! Maybe swept but not mopped. It was very gross. I cleaned the entire wood and tile surface downstairs and the rag was black every time I rinsed it out. Not to mention pick slime on the floor of the master shower. The house comfortable and laid out nice.

I guess house was as advertised but not quite as hoped for
The house is clean and looked like the pictures but we were not as comfortable as we would have hoped to be. The main living room and kitchen were cold but with turning up the thermostat the bedrooms were then too hot. Also, we did not buy any coffee as we anticipated there would be some packets like at hotels or the other VRBO properties where we have stayed. The coffee maker was there but no coffee. So, we had to go without coffee as the weather was not good enough to venture out just for coffee. The only microwave buttons that work are the "30 seconds" and "cancel". None of the other buttons worked, so I kept having to hit "30 seconds" to get food that we had hot enough. One other disappointment was when we wanted to watch Forest Gump after we had gone to Bend for dinner only to discover the DVD box was empty, same with Elf and several other DVD cases. It seems like half of the DVDs are gone. For the amount of money we paid I would expect free coffee and tea and the movies to be there if the cases are. Someone needs to cull the DVD cases or just get rid of them altogether. It would have also been nice to have instructions on using the TV/cable as it took 3 of us numerous tries to get the TV/cable to work. In the end we figured out that we had to turn the cable box on manually. It would not give us a picture/signal with trying the remotes, and we are all savy with using electronics. The home owner was prompt in responding to our question about the TV when I texted, although, we figured it out in the meantime. Ultimately, I think the property is way overpriced for what it is. VRBO fees and the cleaning and service fees are ridiculous. I have stayed at nice places for less money. It seems that the price was comparable to the other advertised houses in the area but just think that Bend is now just overpriced for everything. Next time I would rather just get a really nice hotel room and save money.

Great Location
We loved the location of the house! It was great to be so close to the club house & pool areas! Although we didn’t have time to use it, the lake area was also close by. There are great walking and biking trails all around the property as well! We really enjoyed the home! There was plenty of room for two families. It has a wonderful kitchen/living space that was great for meals and socializing. We look forward to going back again another time!

Could improve on the cleanliness of the home. Definitely needs new kitchen pots/pans, mixer doesn’t work coffee grinder doesn’t work. For the price was expecting something more decent. In great location.

We are a family of 10 and this house was perfect, the children had a great time in the upstairs and there were plenty of things to do in the house as well as the surrounding areas. The kids enjoyed the pool with the water slide I think most of all.

Great location! Beautiful home! Home contains lots of options to facilitate a very fun time!
We had a wonderful couple of days over spring break! From hot tubbing, ping pong, paddle boarding, kayaking, and biking, we didn’t run it off options to do. We also played at the playground and used the tennis and basketball courts!

Perfect size house for us; 3 adults and 4 kids. Upstairs space was great for kids, could hardly hear them! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very firm- quick trip up to Bachelor daily, easy access.

Family friendly but had tv/internet issues
The home is gorgeous and pictures are accurate, its clean, well stocked, tons of games and things in garage, our opinion pretty comfortable beds, has dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap all things needed in the kitchen from pots and pans to baking & food storage, plenty of towels & separate towels for hot tub A+ for most things available A few things to note though- -There is only shampoo no conditioner -The back sliding door isn't very secure -Streaming services are the only option for "cable"... dvds available -The internet is spotty enough that there's directions to call the provider posted. -Tv's are different so you'll need to learn each one -if your a family that plans to watch one of the Tv's..bring patience! ...or your own source of streaming and don't even bother -most troublesome Tv's are upstairs, living room and main master... remotes didn't respond and internet connection was intermittent, even switched batteries with other known working remotes made no difference it still didn't respond but the other 2 bedrooms with Roku had ZERO issues As someone who is somewhat tech savvy and also only uses streaming services this drove me crazy and would detour me for the future. I'm writing this at 130am because Master tv won't work so I went to lay on couch and well guess what living room isn't responding either. A suggestion to owner would be invest in new Tv's so they're the same brand with same remote or make your streaming services ALL Roku or ALL Firestick just to make it less of a hassle (Roku tvs had zero issues) & have log-in info for services available, look at a different modem & have remote batteries changed on a schedule or a set somewhere so they can be changed if needed...people shouldn't have to spend that much time trying to put something on the TV. Also the only TV option that would work at times in the master is nextflix any other streaming service the remote didn't acknowledge I even pressed the button Our trip was only to be at the home so for us the tv and internet issues were a big problem and contacting someone wouldn't change that the physical items weren't working and I'm tech inclined so I understand the steps but even these made me want to bang my head and scream... BUT on the plus side if you don't care about the issues I had then this house is perfect and I would definitely rent again if the issue tvs were converted to Roku as those are the only tvs that had zero issues

Beautiful Caldera Cabin
We enjoyed this home. It is very close to the amenities. My daughter loved the camping-themed bunks. My son loved the basketball in the garage. A great place for families.
