Welcome to Matimi, a charming rural house located in the heart of nature in Benissa, a true oasis of serenity with panoramic views of the sea and the majestic surrounding mountains. Located in the picturesque area of Benimallunt, this property is literally immersed in the mountain, surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature, where the only sound you will hear is the melodic singing of birds and the whisper of the wind through the trees. This refuge is the perfect destination for those looking for a few days of rest and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, with the possibility of exploring hiking trails and living the authentic agritourism experience.
Matimi, an old house renovated for modern comfort, offers you six charming rooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find three triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a cozy living room perfect for enjoying television or games, and a bathroom with a shower. From here, you will have direct access to the pool, creating a fluid space between inside and outside.
On the upper floor, three more bedrooms await you, each with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, becomes the heart of the house. In addition, you can enjoy the glass-enclosed Riu Rau, with its dining area and living room with sofa bed and television, as well as another bathroom with shower.
The house has a private pool where you can spend refreshing days, relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying impressive views of the surrounding nature, the imposing Oltà mountain range, the emblematic Peñón de Ifach and the sparkling sea in the distance. For the little ones, there is a large play area surrounded by nature, offering a safe space for their fun.
