MTB launch pad
Very clean and well kept property. We stayed for a short spring break mountain bike trip. Plenty of room for a family of four incl two teenagers and bikes. Short and easy ride over to the trails and everything going on in the City Square.

Just right!
We travelled to Bentonville specifically to visit the Crystal Bridges Museum. We also took a day trip to Eureka Springs. This charming house was perfectly located for us. It has been completely updated throughout and offers everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean! This house is so cute, super clean with the most comfortable bedding! My best friend and I stayed over a long weekend for my daughter’s wedding at the Osage House in Cave Springs which was an easy 20 minute drive. We were not at the house much other than to sleep but it was very safe and welcoming. Very well appointed with the must haves. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Coler Casa. Everything was nice, updated, and clean. The bike maintenance station in the garage was super useful when I had to replace one of my hub bearings mid trip!

Comfortable and accommodating
Our group of four stayed here while mountain biking in and around Bentonville. Very clean, beds comfortable, nice kitchen and number of thoughtful touches around the house. Super convenient to the trails and restaurants, though the house was so comfortable, we made dinner most of the time. Highly recommended.

Home away from home, great location
This was a perfect house for our family of 4. Located at the end of a quiet couldisac, we were pleasantly surprised that we were a short bike ride away from our favorite coffee (Onyx Coffee) and food places. Our girls, 9 and 12 requested a spa day for spring break and we were able to walk across the street to reflections salon where they both enjoy some pampering. The home had everything we need to enjoy quiet mornings during our break and do some cooking in the evenings. The garage was perfect for our 4 bikes. The beds were very comfortable and the clean, modern feel of the house was very welcoming and calming. We would HIGHLY recommend this house to others looking to stay in the area! Communication and check in was fantastic.

Bentonville Bike Race Stay
The Coler Casa was a perfect place for the 3 of us to stay for the Little Sugar MTB race. The property was extremely clean and had a garage for the bikes complete with a workbench and tools! The location is spot on! Less than a mile to the Coler Preserve and right at 1 mile to the downtown square. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Fun getaway
This place is amazing. Clean fun decor close to all trails.Close to downtown Bentonville where there is fun shops and yummy food.My hubby rode his bike to all the trails and loved every part of it.Justin was great and checked frequently to see if we needed anything.Would rate 5+ stars for sure .We will be back next year for sure.
