Nice Refuge
This was the perfect place to get acclimated after the long flight from Los Angeles. Nearby both S-bahn and U-bahn, a wonderful döner place and a Rewe supermarket. Everything was comfortable in the flat.

Perfect Place to Stay in Berlin
This apartment is perfect. Very comfortable, quiet and a GREAT location. There is a grocery store a block away; the S1 train is 2 blocks away and this train will take you to all the sites in Berlin. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Berlin.

great spot
i will definitely be back with my grown up sons so i can show them some of their heritage. with the bus train and subway system we were half an hour from anything we wanted to do. grocery store right there, coffee shop. great location. and a solid bed mattress. apartment totally clean and usable

Une aventure berlinoise superbe !
Berlin est une ville incroyable de par son architecture éclectique et son histoire profondément ancrée. Toutes nos visites furent très faciles d'accès car l'appartement est idéalement situé ! De plus, il y a un supermarché à quelques mètres facilitant l'achat des repas du soir ! L'appartement est cosy et dans un quartier calme et agréable. Donnant sur une cours interieur, nous avons très bien dormi. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement si vous souhaiter découvrir Berlin !

Prettig verblijf met goede faciliteiten in de buurt
Prettig verblijf. Rustig en schoon appartement, goede verbinding met S-baan en U-baan en prettige supermarkt in de buurt. Mooie ruime slaapkamer en prima slaapbank in woonkamer. Prettige ruime badkamer. In de wijk mis je een beetje de levendigheid van Berlijn, maar wel heerlijk rustig en alles is goed bereikbaar.

Geräumig und zentral gelegen
Geräumige, vollständig eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Super angebunden per ÖPNV und Mitte ist durchaus auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wegen des Schnitts der Wohnung eher für Paare oder Familien als für Gruppen oder zwei Paare zu empfehlen. Problemlose Kommunikation mit Vermieter und einfache Abwicklung.

Appartement spacieux très bien équipé et très bien placé à Berlin
Bel appartement très spacieux et très bien placé pour visiter Berlin. Rangements disponibles pour les vêtements, très appréciable pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Pratiquement tout ce dont nous avons pu avoir besoin était disponible dans l'appartement qui est très bien équipé. Quartier calme mais proche des transports en commun, magasins, bars et restaurants alentours. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Bon appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme mais la station de métro/train est très prêt et nous étions à 30 min max de tout ce que nous avons voulu visiter! Un commerce à proximité Idéal pour 2 personnes mais cela nous a très bien convenu à 4 même si la literie du canapé n'est pas très confortable mais cela passe pour un petit séjour. Je recommande !

Gute Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, sie ist etwas dunkel, dafür aber kühl. Das Schlafsofa, sowie das weitere sind sehr durchgesessen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in der Nähe der S- und U-Bahnstation Yorkstrasse. Es gab Parkplätze vor der Wohnung, nur leider kostet das Parken dort 3 Euro pro Stunde. Leider war die Wohnung nur nue auf den ersten Blick sauber. E

tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage
Eine sehr schön gelegene und sehr schön eingerichtete Altstadt-Wohnung mit Charme! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und lief reibungslos. Die Öffis sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso ein Lebensmittel-Markt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Angenehmer Rückzugsort
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre an einer recht ruhigen Straße. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmersgehen zur Straße raus, die des Wohn-und Essbereichs in den Hinterhof. Um ins Bad zu gelangen, muss der Essbereich und die Küche durchquert werden. Die Sofas (Eines davon ist ein Schlafsofa) Sind beide recht durch gesessen. Was für mehr als zwei Gäste problematisch sein kann, ist die Tatsache, dass zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich nur ein Sperrholzbrett auf einer Schiene aufgehängt ist und als Türe fungiert, die weder Licht noch Geräusche wirklich abschirmen kann. Ansonsten war alles sehr nett. Bei uns funktionierte die Heizung nicht. (die Wohnung ist super kühl). Das Problem wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben.

Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes
L'appartement est charmant, et très pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes (une chambre parentale, un canapé-lit séparable en 2 parties). La localisation dans Berlin est très pratique : 2 lignes de S-Bahn et 1 ligne de U-Bahn à moins de 5mn à pied, un supermarché Rewe à moins de 3 minutes à pied). La propriétaire Ania était en vacances lors de notre séjour, donc nous n'avons pas pu la voir. Mais malgré son absence elle a été très réactive sur un problème de coupure d'électricité qui s'est produit à 22H, en envoyant un collègue pour réparer dans les 10mn après l'appel téléphonique. Donc un grand bravo et un grand merci !
