Welcome to Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet, located in the picturesque coastal town of Berrara. This charming holiday chalet is part of the Berrara Beach Chalets and offers a delightful retreat for up to five guests. With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a range of amenities, this chalet ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Shared Laundry facilities
- Guests are Required to supply their own firewood.
- No smoking inside the Chalet
- No pets allowed.
- No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable

Inside:
Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in an inviting open-plan space that combines the kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. The lounge area features two plush blue sofas, providing ample seating for relaxation. Just below the TV, you'll discover a collection of movies, books, and board games, perfect for cosy evenings spent indoors.

Continuing through the chalet, you'll come across a well-appointed shower and sink on the left, while the toilet is conveniently situated on the right. The two bedrooms are situated beyond the bathroom, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements and extra blankets for added cosiness.

For those cooler evenings, guests have the option to utilise the fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance to the chalet. Please note that guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.

Outside:
One of the standout features of this chalet is its veranda, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the water. Unlike the other chalets in the area, Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet offers undisturbed views without any obstructing trees. The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for alfresco dining, or simply unwinding amidst the serene surroundings. Additionally, guests have access to a BBQ, allowing for delightful outdoor meals and gatherings. This is the only chalet we have available with a fully fenced veranda with shrubbery surround it, providing privacy for you and your group whilst enjoying the views or just sitting back and relaxing.

As a guest at Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet, you'll enjoy quick and convenient access to both Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area, take refreshing swims, or indulge in a variety of water activities.

*Please note* that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
