The Space:
Welcome to our spacious yet cozy 3-bedroom home, your launching pad to the many attractions in our corner of Southwest Michigan!

Tucked away on a quiet road running along Lake Chapin, our home is just a few doors down from Range Line Park, a family haven for outdoor fun with picnic tables, pavilions, and a children's playground. Lovely wooded walking trails take you from the park to the shores of Lake Chapin, offering year-round fishing for bass, walleye, and panfish. Spring and Fall, the nearby dam separating Lake Chapin from the St. Joseph River become a world-class hotspot for reeling in salmon and steelhead. Driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

Other points of interest within easy reach include Berrien Springs, Andrews University, Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, Niles, South Bend, Notre Dame University, and Southwest Michigan's wine country. Our recently remodeled home offers two ground-floor bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a third downstairs bedroom. All beds are queen-size. The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up a feast. Downstairs we also have ping pong and air hockey tables ready for family fun. The large backyard beckons with a charcoal grill and fire pit. Please note that an RV is stored on the property.

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. Amazing! I enjoyed the peace, comfort, coziness, space, and so much more. i live close by so worked while i lived here for 2 1/2 weeks. We spent the day at silver Beach then drove to the house. It was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen is well equipped. The water smells a little weird but there was a filtered faucet and bottled water was available.

Perfect place for a wedding weekend

This was the perfect place for our short visit to Berrien Springs, MI for a wedding. The beautiful ranch home was absolutely spotless and featured a fantastic floor plan that accommodated us so well. With two full bathrooms, my husband, best friend and I were all able to get ready with ease and look our best for the wedding festivities at Sundance Secret Garden venue. We also enjoyed some of the local restaurants downtown including AJ's Uptown Bar & Grill and Nikki's. Looking forward to a return trip in the near future.

True to name

Fisher’s Fancy was the perfect spot for our trip. Close to Lake Michigan for our chartered fishing trip on the Sea Hawk. Great backyard for grilling some of our salmon and trout. Quiet neighborhood for taking walks down to the river, but also close to Redbuuud track for our first experience there. Would highly recommend.

Multi-Family Beach Vacay

From the time we unlocked the door to start our stay to the time we left - we were constantly surprised by this home. It’s size, it’s family-friendliness, the availability of every kitchen necessity, the natural light, the superb AC, and tidy restrooms. I stay in St. Joe 2 or 3 times a summer and have not found a place I wanted to repeatedly visit, until now! Don’t hesitate to book this home for your next trip!

Another Great Vacation Here

This was the 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it so much. It's a good location and close to the 2 towns we went to (St. Joseph and South Haven). The air hockey and ping pong table was a hit with the kids and a bit humbling for the adults lol. Lots of room for a family of 6 and plenty to do outside as well. We loved this house and plan on coming back again in the future.
