There’s also a laundry room outfitted with a high-end washer-dryer combo to meet all your laundering needs.
Just take a few steps outside and you will discover even more richness, comfort and spacious beauty! The wonderfully landscaped backyard is highlighted by an Olympic-size pool, two hot-tubs, and a koi pond with a soothingly serene waterfall. On the deck, there’s a gas barbecue grill, a smoker and patio dining sets, and by the pool and out on the lawn there are plenty of chaise lounges, patio chairs and lawn chairs for you and your guests’ reclining pleasure. To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
