Absolutely stunning from top to bottom, this fantastic Bethany Beach home will spoil the whole family in no time with plenty of room to spread out and relax. This retreat is located close to Salt Pond, so warm summer days can be spent kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and swimming. The layout of the interior will be ideal for entertaining, as the first floor is home to an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The chef of the group will be in paradise when they step into the full kitchen, as beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the utensils needed for any recipe are present. This floor also boasts a stunning sunroom complete with a dining table and seating which will be just the spot to sip a coffee or read a book in peace. Head up to the second floor and you will find three bedrooms including the main bedroom that has access to a private deck. The third floor will be a hit with the kiddos, as it boasts a futon, flatscreen TV, kitchenette with a sink and minifridge, access to the sun deck, and the last bedroom.
Though you will have more than enough fun activities right at your fingertips, Bethany Beach is filled with unique attractions that you won't want to miss. When you are ready to head out for the day, slip into your favorite bathing suit and make your way to the soft sand a mile down the road! For a bit more excitement, Bethany Beach and Boardwalk will be the hub for really getting a taste of the coastal lifestyle. Plus, tax-free shopping and outlets, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, walking trails, biking trails, fishing, and surfing can all be found in the area as well! And guests have access to the pier at the end of the street, however they must obey all listed regulations.

-The futon in the common space provides an extra sleeping space.
-Guests can enjoy the use of a luxury outdoor shower and a high-end gas grill and gas tank.
-Two adult boogie boards, a child's boogie board, two adult bikes, child bike, two beach chairs, skateboards, and various balls and beach toys (courtesy items provided by owner are not guaranteed).
-*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
