Come and relax on the spacious oceanfront balcony, which features a fantastic view of the beach and ocean, where dolphins play and an occasional whale is seen. Take in the sounds of the rolling surf, the beach, and the action of the Promenade.
In Edgewater House, enjoy the in-building swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, convenience store, and deli. Have endless fun and entertainment without leaving your beach house! Awaken to the sound of breaking waves, grab a cup of coffee, and watch the sun rise out of the sea from the expansive 26-foot balcony with a superb ocean view. Enjoy the ambiance, convenience, and safety of being right on the beach.
After a day on the beach, catch your favorite shows on three TVs, including a 65-inch TV and entertainment system (65-inch LG 4K smart TV and Sonos Amp speaker) with streaming capabilities and a sound system distributed throughout the condo. You'll be happy to have Netflix (included), Nintendo Wii gaming system, Blu-ray player, and a closet full of puzzles, games, DVDs, and movies. For conference calls or private conversations, access to a small private office with a work desk and chair and the included high-speed WiFi and Ethernet connections will make it easy for remote workers, students, and gamers.
Your beach house is outfitted with GE Profile kitchen appliances and a complete complement of cooking tools and utensils.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Additional features include a roll-in/out shower (with collapsible threshold), thermostatically controlled shower faucets, handheld shower heads, shower grab bars, threshold-free bathroom ingress and egress, and four elevators from the lobby/beach and parking/indoor pool levels to this third-floor condo.
Things to Know
Amenity passes must be purchased to access the amenities and for parking. Each vacation rental is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period. 1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass. 3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
