Wonderful
We had a great time. The place is nice and big for us staying with extended family. Was clean. Short walk to beach. You do have to cross the highway which wasn’t bad. The kids enjoyed the pool. Small, but was never crowded. Kitchen is fully stocked which was nice. Had a great vacation with family.

Really wonderful vacation destination
The photos online don’t do justice to this very tastefully designed space. The kitchen area is far larger in person than it appears online. The walk to the beach was super-easy, though it was a little scary for my elderly parents. The house was wonderful, the property manager was responsive and kind. I don’t think the cleaning crew did a stellar job, but I can’t fault the owner for that. I don’t like that I had to rent sheets and make all of the beds. I think if I’m renting sheets and towels, the company should make and strip beds for me. The pool is also way too small for a community setting. It’s about the size of my hottub at home, lol. But really, the area was great and the house lovely. I would totally recommend to anyone. And I’d definitely book again!!

Outstanding accommodations, Close to Dewey & Rehobeth, Short walk to beach
Loved the unit. Some lack of knowledge on our part about needing to bring linens, which host is going to make more explicit for future guests. He made sure to let us know where we could easily rent linens to be delivered and picked up at the end of our week. Loved the convenience of staying here, nice- close to all the coastal towns we love and literally right across the street from the beach.

This was our second time staying at this villa. The host is excellent and very prompt in answering. The house is very kid friendly and spacious. Plenty of beach equipment. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Early Summer Beach Trip
Being two families who have travelled together for over 20 years, this property was perfect in size and location. The crossing of the Coastal Highway to get to the beach looks more intimidating than it is … we had no issues getting to the beach. Despite finding someones clothes in one of the bedroom drawers and some damp (smelly) towels in a dryer, everything else was perfect. The only recommendation I would have would be that it would have been nice to have a beach umbrella or two available in the closet with the beach chairs.

We had a wonderful time and love the location. Great space for a family of 10. Loved all the balconies and the large sized rooms. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Easy accessibility to other beaches and downtown Bethany. Only recommendation for the owners would be the upstairs couches are not very comfortable at all. Will definitely rent this place again.

Great vacation
Property was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds. Beautiful views of the bay from multiple decks. Have to cross busy highway to get to the beach but it’s safer than it looks. Beach is not crowded, but it is unguarded and is “multi-use” so there are trucks and fishermen. Short drive to downtown Bethany beaches or guarded state beach if you prefer.

Fantastic Villa
The villa was spacious for our family of 10 and was well equipped including child gate at the top of the stairs. I am a bird watcher and the view of the bay provided great opportunity to view wildlife. Crossing the Coastal Highway at times was a bit challenging but manageable. We hope to return to this great vacation home.

Wonderful stay!
We were here for a family beach week. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. We have stayed in other villas that were not as well maintained and updated as this unit is. The lower level has a pullout for extra guests. We had 2 little ones with us. They enjoyed the abundance of toys and books provided. Michael was prompt with answering my questions. We’d rent from him again!

Beautiful townhouse
Great place for large family, 2 large common areas plus very large kitchen. Table seats 10! The beach cart was a great help. Crossing route 1 to get to the beach was not hard and the small pool was a fun addition especially for the little kids. Unit was child-friendly with games and beach toys, few knick-knacks. Owner was very responsive. Key code entry was so much better than having to keep track of keys. Quiet beach only a short drive from action of Bethany.

This place was amazing. The layout was perfect for our large group of 8 adults and 5 kids under 5 years old. Super kid friendly. We have stayed in the Villas a few years ago, but we LOVED this particular one. Michael the host was also great, very quick to respond to the questions I had. We plan to come back to Bethany next year and hope to stay here again.

Repeat customer in COVID summer
Rented this property to work for a couple of weeks while at the beach and get the best of both worlds- great views from the balconies and quick access to the beach. The home is spacious with multiple levels so we were able to work on independent floors yet come together for fun and cooking meals or heading out to the beach. Michael was very helpful in answering questions along the way in the stay. Hope to be back next summer but this time not in quarantine!

Great Value Great view!
We loved the house. The forth floor kitchen/ family room is a perfect hangout space for big groups. The kitchen table is huge and sit down dinners are easy. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean upon our arrival. Decks are everywhere. Great to spread out when you need to. Check in was easier then I imagined and that was nice. The pictures on the listing tell the story perfectly. Egrets nesting in tall wetland grasses was a very nice surprise. Birdwatchers will be happy. Sunsets are gorgeous. Can't speak about the pool because we hit the beach each day. My daughter called the walk across the highway 'exhilarating' I never waited more then a minute or two for clear passage. The beach is an easy walk and I was told is a state park so shade tents and fishing are ok but wear a mask while walking the board walk to the beach other beach goers appreciate it. We had a great trip and would recommend.

Little Beach Getaway
It was our first time in Bethany and we couldn't be more happy with our location. This property is located in North Bethany about 3.5 miles from downtown. The beaches was a short walk across coastal highway . Beaches were filled with families but enough space to social distance. We had a 3 yo toddler and 75 yo grandparents so it was important for us that we were not in an overly crowded area. The house is beautifully decorated with beach decor (kudos to the artist for the beautiful art work) and the kids enjoyed the air hockey table. The kitchen was outfitted with cookware and basic amenities. But if you plan to do anything fancy, I would recommend bringing additional cookware. We did encounter some sea lice if you plan to go swimming so beware. Covid has really put a damper on our vacationing this past year and we are so grateful that owners are willing to open their homes to us.
