The maid from El Salvador was extremely helpful in dealing with a broken Keurig. I had my iced tea in a very short time because of her. Little things matter. The receptionist bothered to look up my account, and I realized that I was not getting points for my stays. Again, a bit extra on her part. Even if an employee was not interacting with me, they always smiled and acknowledged by presence in passing. As I said, it’s the small things that matter,

We had a massive issue during our stay. Our room door would not lock, staff took no action at first and then when we raised it again they could not fix the door. We had no time to switch rooms as we were busy from early morning until late in the evening our entire trip. To top it off our safe stopped working the day before our check-out. So, we had a room door that would not lock plus a safe that did not work. This is completely unacceptable and we'd like to request a full refund on this room. Best regards, Mark and Brieon Marais

Decent property, although bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff at front desk and dining area were excellent, both helpful and friendly. You should commend them. Peaking at $22 for a Saturday was unduly costly.
