Older property, but the location next to Snow Summit is great
This property is a bit older, though many things inside have been re-done. If you are looking for somewhere close to Snow Summit, you can't beat the location. Its literally right next to the parking lot, easily walkable. There is plenty of parking and the condo fit two families of four comfortably.
Since the condo is a little older, there are some things that felt like they could be cleaned up a bit, like small holes in the wall or old carpet and paint. The main living space was clean, but a couple things felt a tad dusty, and there were spiders in the upper corners of the downstairs bathroom. Overall, pretty minor though.
A little disappointed in the game room. There were games but most were missing pieces. There were no darts for the dartboard, no foosball for the foosball table, the beanbag toss boards were broken. The skeeball and basketball worked though. The hot tub worked and was fairly clean.
The property management company was great and quick to respond to a small request for ant bait and a battery for a smoke detector.
We would stay here again for the location alone.
