This newly remodeled Castle Glen 5-Bedroom home is the absolute perfect spot to enjoy with family and friends. The owners want you to enjoy their home as their special guests and have made sure that your stay will be memorable.
Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the large front deck, relaxing or dining on the upper deck while loving the view of the ski slopes and the nature-filled valley, soaking in the large hot tub or just keeping warm by the firepit (both nestled in the granite rocks), you'll not be disappointed!
The upstairs boasts an open-concept great room with a TV, wood burning fire place, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, as well as an upper deck which features a BBQ, picnic table and cozy rocking chairs to enjoy the view of the slopes.
Upstairs BEDROOM NUMBER 1 is an over-sized Primary Suite featuring a King bed with views of the majestic mountain slopes, access to the upper deck, a granite fireplace and a large bathroom with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and shower stall.
Next, BEDROOM NUMBER 2 features a Queen bed with a bay window with a view of the beautiful trees (especially in the snowy winter and vibrant colors in fall!), and has a full bathroom attached.
Your kids will enjoy BEDROOM NUMBER 3 with a Twin over Full bunkbed, including a Twin Trundle bed.
Now, make your way downstairs to our BRAND-NEW entertainment floor!
On the way to your bedrooms, you will pass a built-in stacked stone bar (including a Toshiba TV; beverage/wine refrigerator; combination dishwasher/sink; microwave and a coffee bar with complimentary beverages).
Next, you'll see the beautiful new pool table and your lounging area which sports a linear fireplace with a Vizio TV above it! So much fun!
Downstairs BEDROOM NUMBER 4 hosts yet another bunkbed. This time it's an XL Twin over a Queen with a Twin trundle bed. Across the hallway is a beautiful bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Still not done …
BEDROOM NUMBER 5 is our Queen Suite. The bay window view features amazing snow trimmed trees in the Winter and glorious colors in the Fall. Attached is its private bathroom with double sinks. Get a full body massage with the shower tower panel featuring jets and waterfall spray!
This floor also features a lower deck (including seating and dining area) which is just a few steps away from the hot tub and firepit!
Other features include: 2 rollaway beds; a pack-n-play with sheets; high chair; laundry room.
Plenty of books, puzzles, games and toys too!
So why do guests say that this is the BEST vacation house ever? Because it is!
While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.
* Max occupancy -16 people, 11 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS HOME IS STRICTLY NOT PET FRIENDLY! NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS.
FAILURE TO COMPLY MIGHT RESULT IN FINES UP TO $1000 OR MORE FOR DEEP CLEANING.
Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* Live check-ins are mandatory for all Big Bear homes, and you'll need to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes).
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
* Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
