Clean but average room. Plenty of parking and fast elevators. Casino was nice, but getting service for a drink was impossible. They are slow to return your damage deposit. Been 3 weeks and everywhere else returned it in 3days. Also, had some scammers but security escorted them out very quick which was nice.

Liked the location. Was disappointed in the size of the casino. Very small compared to Tampa hardrock. The young lady at the players club was rude when I asked her if I could ask a question about the hardrock players card. Before I got my question out she rudely stated no no and no we are not affiliated with any other hard rock. I was like ok. So we ended up playing mostly at Beau Rivage next door. Also left a day early because of the winter storm. The people at the front desk however were very friendly and polite. Very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

They seem to put Expedia guests in the older tower where furniture is quite used and banged up. Rooms seem to be clean so it seems adequate for the inexpensive weekday rate.

My wife and I stayed a weekend here for our anniversary. I have to say I was disappointed in the room. The carpet was dirty and stained. The room had a musty, smoke smell. All the other Casio hotels I have stayed at were top notch. Not so much here. It really needs updating. Luckily it was off season and I didn’t pay a high price for this room

Went for Halestorm living room acoustic show, which was exceptional, as the live music venue was also excellent, great acoustics. The Hard Rock property set up is convenient, as everything you could possibly need is easily accessible. My wife and I spent two nights, the room was very acceptable and comfortable. We did some gambling and lost some money.The only complaint I have, other than losing money, is the late 4:00pm check in time, should be at least an hour earlier.
