The clerk was very nice upon check-in and the lobby seemed clean. The room was terrible. All of the walls were scratched and scuffed up, missing paint and cracked. All of the lamps were rusted. The celing had dust or mold on it, not sure which, as did the baseboards and trim. There was a hole in the wall that had an old lightplate on it and something fuzzy just stuffed in it. The shower curtain was frayed. The bathroom wall had a huge crack running down it. The toilet seat hinges were all coroded. The shower head had build up which affected the water coming out evenly. Overall the rooms are in terrible need of maintenance.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located across from the beach and near activities and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying again.

The rooms definitely need an upgrade. The reviews totally lied. This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in at a quality inn. I’ll upload pictures so you can see. Staff was nice, breakfast was the usual free continental breakfast you get any where. Ac/heat worked. Refrigerator & microwave worked. Chair was dirty, we didn’t sit in it. The door had an opening at the bottom. Bed was comfortable & clean. Best part is we were right across from the beach.

Nice clean rooms . Liked deposit options , only problem was the attitude of employee when getting deposit back. Neither of us are smokers of any kind and he kept insinuating he could smell weed in room. Was a little upset considering the whole outside area reeked of weed and I felt he was trying to keep our deposit.

Stayed for a show at the Colosseum. Newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, gorgeous view. Shout out to Front Desk for putting us in a room without neighbors. The grandkids were up until 2 a.m. after the show with excitement.

The staff was fantastic especially the breakfast lady, she gets an A+. The location is perfect. Condition of the room was not the best. The TV did not work, the lamps were rusty, and the door was worn and did not seal completely. There were gnats in the room and the bed sheet had holes in it. For what I paid it was okay but it was off season. Had I paid more I would have felt cheated.

This property needs to be shut down and cleaned with clorox! It was molded in the corners and smelled like mildew. There were bugs in the bathroom. We booked a different hotel. My wife and i werent sleeping in that disgusting place. We did an event and the announcer kept saying its the not so quality inn. Someone needs to come in and deep clean
