Walking into the condo you will find the view of the gulf and Katrina sculptures to the south and the Biloxi Casino skyline to your east. You have a boardwalk that will take you 26 miles by foot or bike. While on the large back property enjoying the pool, you will notice the live oaks with hanging moss and a pavilion with 4 grills.

Great Biloxi spot
Perfect place for celebrating the New Year in Biloxi! Our condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and we loved the location. Communication with the owner was great and the booking was very easy and hassle free. Fireworks at night on the beach to ring in the New Year was the best! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Nice location
The apartment was nice. It could probably use a new sofa. The sliding door to the balcony is a little hard to open and close. The location couldn't be beat and it did have everything you needed. The washer and dryer make it easy to pack lighter. The bedrooms are very nice.

Kitchen perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner!
The other reviews are correct. This kitchen really does have everything you would need, which is why I rented it. We made Thanksgiving dinner for our son and some classmates who are stationed at the nearby Keesler Air Force Base. The unit had everything from a roasting pan to rolling pin! Bedding/pillows could be improved upon. The reviews that mention a strange smell are also correct.

First visit to Biloxi for us and I hope not the last. The condo was nice, everyone was nice. Pool was cold and hadn't been swept. Area was quaint. I enjoyed visiting the Old Biloxi Cemetery. I like stating on the beach but didn't have a problem crossing to the beach. Restaurants were good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only negative we couldn't overlook was the need for renovation. The bathtub/shower curtain need some tlc. Carpets badly stained.

Detailed directions and entry instructions were very precise. Very nice condo. Denise was very quick to respond when contacted. Would definitely stay again. The tennis court needs attention- ping pong table, but no balls. Odor in the hallway.

Great Place
Denise is an awesome host. Condo is beautiful with wonderful views. Everything you need to make a meal is in the condo. Jellyfish were a problem that week, but obviously completely out of Denise's control. Take a mile walk and have a roast beef Po Boy at Adventure's Pub and Spirits. Just don't do it when the feel like temperature is 112 degress like we did :)

Excellent place
The property was excellent. The view from the top floor was amazing. The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. We were able to just pick up and walk across the street to the beach everyday. We were less than two miles from night life and restaurants. The property had everything you could think of that you might need. I highly recommend it here.

Third trip with this host
This is my third trip under this host. If this was my first trip, I probably wouldn’t return. However, I understand things happen and we will probably be back for future trips. Our room had gnats, a roach, and maggots in the trashcan. We cleaned what we could and made the best of our trip while we could. I would also recommend bringing an extra flat sheet as sun shade. Our room never got below 72 degrees the entire trip and I believe it’s from over half the sun shades missing on the balcony blinds. There was also a pretty terrible smell in the hallway going to the room and smelled better after they replaced the filter.

Getaway weekend
Place was as described - very well decorated and check in and out was extremely easy. On the 5th floor so view was great and stay was quiet. Watched fireworks from balcony. The only issue was the hallway to the room did not have a good smell and the air fresheners did not help but it did not affect the room at all. Would definitely book again.

house hunting trip
we loved our stay.our original units balcony was being renovated so the balcony could not be used.our host quickly got us into a compatible unit with a balcony so alls well that ends well.hopefully we will beable to return next year.thanks to the host and management for their quick response

It was a relaxing time. The pool was warm which I understand because of the weather, but it had bugs floating on top so it wasn't skimmed that morning. Husband wants to go back when cooler. So we will change the month we go next time.
