Saatavana ympäri vuoden: Pysy tässä uudessa, chalet-tyylisessä kodissa, josta on upeat näkymät, tasaisella julkisivulla 575 'vesiputkella Chetac-järvellä kauniissa Birchwoodissa, WI. Kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla tällä mökillä on: kivitakka, kolmen vuodenajan kuisti, iso kansi rentoutumiseen ja viihdyttämiseen. Nauti yksityiseltä niemimaaltamme, josta on uskomattomat panoraamanäkymät ja runsas järvenranta. Nauti auringonlaskusta ja paista vaahtokarkkeja ulkona olevan palokuopan ympärillä.

Pysy täällä American Birkebeiner Cross Country Ski Race -tapahtumassa, lauantaina 24. helmikuuta 2018, Kaapeli on vain 40 mailin päässä (Pohjois-osavaltiolla Hwy 48). Maailma tulee Cable & Hayward-alueille Birkie & Kortelopet -maastohiihtokilpailuihin.

4-makuuhuoneen / 3-kylpy:
1. kerros - kylpyhuone w / amme / suihku; Makuuhuone 1: queen bed; Makuuhuone 2: Twin yli täynnä vyöryä pari; Ulosvedettävä, vuodesohva queen; nauti kaikista tämän upouuden keittiön ja kodinkoneiden mukavuuksista; viettää ilta kivitakan edessä.

Parvi / makuuhuone 3: 2 queen size-vuodetta, kylpyhuone w / suihkulla ja vaatehuone.

Alempi taso / harjoitus: Makuuhuone 4: Queen size-vuode; Kolmas kylpyhuone; pyykkitupa; Olohuone: biljardipöytä, foosball-pöytä, baarikeittiö, iso televisio katsellaksesi suosikki DVD-levyjäsi.

Järvi Chetac on 2400 hehtaarin järvi, joka sijaitsee Sawyer Countyssa. Sen enimmäissyvyys on 26 jalkaa. Julkinen veneen lasku on alle mailin päässä. Ylivoimaisesta kalastuksesta tunnettu - sisältää Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike ja Walleye. Voit kalastaa suoraan rannalta tai jääkalaa talvella.

Kun jää on järven rannalta, meillä on keväällä 2 telakkaa: 1 kummallakin niemimaan rannalla. Julkinen veneen lasku on alle mailin päässä tieltä ja voit nähdä sen rantamme, muutaman sadan metrin päässä.

Ponttoni- ja venevuokraus, järven toisella puolella kotoamme Fred Thomas Resortista tai Ri-shellin Echo Bay Resortista.

Vesiurheilu on ykkönen kaikkien luettelossa. Järvessämme on tilaa kaikille vesiurheilulajeille: uinti, vesihiihto, purjehdus, ponttonit, melonta, meloa veneet, kajakit tai aaltojuoksijat.

Lähellä virkistysreittejä ATV / UTV, moottorikelkkailu, pyöräily ja vaellus. Tuscobia Trail on tärkein maasto- / mönkijäreitti. Noin 65 mailia ajava se on hyvin merkitty ja helposti saavutettavissa. Lisäksi Jääkauden kansallinen luonnonkaunis polku, tuhannen mailin kävelytie kokonaan Wisconsinissa, on lähellä vaeltaakseen osaa valtion kauneimmista luonnonalueista. Pyöräilyyn Chequamegonin kansallismetsä tarjoaa loputtomia tunteja polkuja.

Golf on yksi parhaiten varjeltuista salaisuuksista. Alueella on valikoima golfkenttiä mestaruusasteesta Executiveen. Tagalong, 18-reikäinen kenttä, kuvioitu St. Andrews Skotlannissa on haastavaa ja hauskaa. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä on vähintään 7 muuta kurssia. Jos pidät golfista, ota mailat mukaan.

TALVI: "Tuo lumelle!" on hurra, jonka kaikki toistavat, kun syksyn viimeinen lehti osuu maahan. Kun lumi lentää ja järvemme jäätyy, on todellinen ulkona seikkailija hengissä.

Moottorikelkkailu on jännittävä satojen kilometrien päässä paikallisista reiteistä, jotka ovat osa Keskilännen suurimpaa moottorikelkkailureittejä. Maakunta- ja yhteisökerhot takaavat sujuvan matkan omistautumalla hoitamiseen, opastukseen ja polkujen ylläpitoon.

Astu maastohiihtosukuihisi ja lähdet takaovestamme tai järven poikki. Etsitkö viehättäviä maastohiihtoreittejä, kokeile sitten Nordic Woodsia, Beaver Brookia, Jääkauden polkua tai kuuluisaa Birkebeiner Trailia.

Jos luulet kalastuksen ohi, kun veneet ovat järven ulkopuolella, ajattele uudelleen. Valmista tipups, jig-pylväät ja jäätyynyt valmiiksi todellinen kalastushauskaa.

Vieraile historiallisessa Stout Islandilla: Stout Island on houkutellut kävijöitä jo lähes 150 vuotta. Laskeutumalla näille historiallisille rannoille olet liittymässä pitkään seikkailunhakijoiden luetteloon.

Great stay!
A great place to stay in Birchwood with friends and family. The place was clean and had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. The host was friendly, helpful, and accommodating at every point during the booking process. The only issue we came across was the slightly confusing access road...perhaps additional signage would help clarify direction toward the property a bit better. Otherwise, no complaints! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Quiet Home
We enjoyed our stay overall. When we arrived we had to contact the owner to turn the air on as it was in the 80s and very warm in the home, we could not get the DISH TVs to work the entire stay and when I text the owners they never replied. The day before we left there was no WiFi. The advertisement lists 5 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, an open loft and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The house is stocked full of dishes and cookware. The view is amazing, the area is quiet. It is tricky to get there the first time and after dark but overall we all had a lovely stay for my daughter’s wedding.

2nd time staying in this home, loved it all over again!
We stayed in this home two years ago and booked for the next year during our stay. Family circumstances kept us from making the trip but the owners were so very kind to let us book for the next year instead! They are so easy to deal with & their home was perfect for our growing adult family. Having two docks is nice so we can spread out and still have a place to tie up our boat. The launch is very close to the property and the comfort of the home made us want to stay longer than we could! Love it!

Great getaway with Family
The cabin was fantastic! The view was great. The kids loved fishing off the two docks. The dock in the bay worked well for our two boats. All the rooms were setup well. We loved using the Blackstone grill outside, we were able to cook almost all of our meals on it. The lower level was nice with the big TV and games. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Thank you for sharing your cabin we really enjoyed our stay!

3 bedrooms + open loft
This is a 3 bedroom cabin with an open loft (not 4 or 5 bedrooms as the listing states). It is clear the cabin has been used a great deal. The couches are saggy from the use and could probably be replaced (we had trouble getting out of the downstairs couch). And the beds are very uncomfortable/springy so if you have a bad back or hip pain I would not recommend this cabin. It is right on the lake with a steep hill incline to go back and forth from the deck. The road is not paved so bring your truck when it's been raining as your vehicle will get muddy. We were able to rent a pontoon one day so that was fun. And we caught lots of fish right off the dock. And depending on your phone service you won't get voicemail or be able to make calls from the property so plan ahead and make calls when in Birchwood. The kids had a blast for sure.

Lovely Lakefront Life
I have no issues to report with the house - a lovely 3 level with 3 full bathrooms, two major living areas including a large basement level with a foosball and pool table, a blackstone-style grill on the deck, and lovely outdoor space. Important things to know for future visitors (which is called out in their pamphlet) - the freezer cannot be hooked up to the water line so make sure you bring your own ice. Also while there are some pantry staples they mostly are limited to some salt, black pepper, garlic salt, a half bag of flour, and a thing of vegetable oil. Most food places are 15+ minutes from the house, so just be intentional when planning your trips and you'll be fine! Trash does not get picked up so you will need to pack it out. Otherwise all rules are reasonable and no crazy cleaning requests. House was stocked with plenty of towels, beds and couches were comfortable. Easy to have a good time with people you love in any weather. If there is ever cause to get together in that area again would absolutely stay here a second time.

The perfect getaway
This was our second stay in this lovely home, and it was a fantastic week! The house is well stocked with kitchen items, from a crock pot to coffee maker… we appreciate how well stocked it is. The location on the lake is prime, as you have two docks, and the sunset views are just stunning from the deck. Utilized the kayaks and caught a good amount of Northern right off the point!

Place was clean and up to date.
Every thing was clean and up to date. All appliances work and are modern. Home looks fairly new. Having 2 docks was a big plus for us. Having no garbage service didnt seem like a big deal at first but 7 people make alot of trash fast. It was kind of a pain. We were also woken up twice buy gun shots. I live in rural Illinois and am used to hereing shooting out on the farm but these were odd times. First time was around 11pm and the second time was the next morning around 530am. Overall we'd definitely come back.

Family Getaway
This property is exactly as described. Beautiful home and property fo us to enjoy for a long weekend with our family. Plenty of room, everyone had their own room, the 3 bathrooms were definitely a plus. Plenty of amenities that made you feel like you were home. The view of the lake was breathtaking. If you have older adults staying, the only issue we had would be the walk to the dock as it was hard for our parents; it is a very steep hill and uneven. Also, lots of stairs. It was no issue for everyone else. We would highly recommend this property, thank you for helping make it a memorable get together for us!

My family and I enjoyed this cabin very much! Everything was as pictured, and exceeded expectations. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra throw blankets for cuddling up for a movie on a rainy day. The docks were well maintained and the little table and chairs were perfect for hanging out on the dock. The cabin was well appointed and there was nothing we wished we had but didn’t. One mention is that the grill is actually a flat top. We loved it but would’ve planned a little differently if we had known.

Family Vacation
This is our 2nd year staying here and we really enjoy it! We love having the 2 docks for our families boats. We used the basement for movie nights and the kayaks for some mom time away :). Plenty of yard for yard games and deck space for playing cards. It has worked well for our family so we booked next years vacation already.
