Not meant for a weekend stay
Overall the property was clean, easy to access and in a decent location. The check in process was confusing. The spaced was booked through vrbo but since listed and operated by Landing you had to use their app for check in and out. Also, you had to download the latch app for key acess which was kind of a pain. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only the 1 roll of toilet paper and the space was awkward with the front door opening directly into the bedroom area.

Loved the cleanliness of the entire space, the amenities were ExTrA (snacks, supplies, hangers, laundry basket, even little mirrors in the bathroom, etc.), decor was nicely done. My daughter loved the extra bed in the main area rather than sleeping on sofa bed. The high ceilings make this 1-bedroom loft feel huge. Owners shared a very helpful video and specific directions to check in and check out. Really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend:)

We loved being right within walking distance to all the neat restaurants! Especially Starbucks in the morning! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. And the master bed was so comfortable! A great place for a weekend getaway!

Wonderful Location
This property makes for a very comfortable stay. The location is great and seemed very safe. Only complaint is the link for the check in video doesn’t work so we were unsure where the lockbox for the keys were. Written instructions should include location on 2nd level parking but the property manager answered our call right away. She is very pleasant and highly recommended.

Couldn't Ask for Better!
We rented this property because my mother had a medical need at UAB for at least 3 weeks and we are from out of town. We needed something that would accommodate my mother and myself for a few days close to the hospital during some outpatient services, but then also to support myself and her partner as we alternated every few days to be close by the hospital once she was admitted. It was also close to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. And, Marci was always responsive to any questions we had. (A couple of notes: the bed is actually a queen even though the picture says king. And if you aren't used to it, there are definitely sounds that are typical for apartment living.) The secure parking is a great bonus too. This property was perfect for what we needed!!

This rental was beyond what I expected. Very well done! This great downtown accommodation was walking distance to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store as well. Very comfortable and clean unit. Communication was great whenever I had a question and covered free parking was an additional plus. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location
The property is very convenient to restaurants and UAB. Parking and driving around downtown is also easy from this location. The unit was very clean, well furnished and included everything we need to feel at home. It is also next door to the lounge and gym and so close to the pool. We love the fact that the unit has enough space between it and the next unit which makes it more private and quiet. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
