Reception staff were lovely, although perplexed to find I had been checked out of my room before I had actually left; decent breakfast, very slow bar staff and mediocre bar food. Very convenient for the train station.

Friendly and helpful staff. Handy location for town. Reception and bar etc all nice but room was worn and tired with dodgy electrical sockets. Didn’t feel like a £140 per night hotel.

All staff were very kind, helpful and efficient. Kelly on reception went above and beyond, very kind. The hotel is in good condition, well serviced, I would recommend.
