Located just minutes from downtown, BHM airport, I-20, restaurants & bars, it is centrally located to meet any guests needs!
-No Smoking allowed!

-Quiet hours after 9 pm--strictly enforced

-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS

-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)

-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can

-Hot Tub needs to be kept covered at all times when not in use. It also needs to be turned off when not in use.
