Very modern and beautiful design, has even a selection of pillows, staff speaks excellent English, they're very nice and helpful, good complimentary snacks and great coffee, big supermarket nearby, far away from the center but cheaply and easily accessible by even public transport.

Friendly English speaking staff.
Pros:The best feature was the staff. They had an excellent attitude. Best service that I have received in Kyrgyzstan.
Location:Takes about 30 minutes (traffic dependent) on bus to the main square, which is surrounded by interesting statues, memorials & museums.
The staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and proactive in offering assistance - from collecting bags, to ordering taxis and re-arranging rooms to accommodate guests arriving early. All reception staff, bellmen and restaurant staff spoke excellent English.
The rooms were a modern western style with large comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a powerful, hot shower. Everything in the room worked and was very clean.
The breakfast included cereals, toast, fruit and hot porridge, eggs and sausages which were cooked to order. They also had fresh filter coffee. The staff offered a breakfast box the day we left as our flight was early.
The only disadvantage is the location. It is a little outside of town and the traffic can be bad travelling into the city centre. However, public transport is frequent and cheap.
