Set on the ground floor within a block of ex-council flats, (so, not a posh hotel) this studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With an eclectic array of very quiet but friendly neighbours, you can be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep after a long day.
Head down the few steps and past the main entrance, once inside, you will find this studio to be a lovely little 'Home from Home' haven to relax in, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities all to yourself. With Floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy the all-day sunshine that this South-facing room provides. For those late sunny nights and bright early mornings, our bespoke, full-length Black-out Curtains will allow you comfort to sleep without disturbance.
When outside you can find 2 large supermarkets nearby, great transport links to bus stop (around 2 mins) and the train station - just 7 mins walk away, or just explore the sights and local attractions of Bishop Auckland - there is so much to see and do here! A lovely little market town awaits you, with a cheery and busy pub life, Art Museums, Castle grounds and Visit the Wonderful Kynren over the Summer!
As a self-contained studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
As well as the complimentary teas, and coffees, you will be greeted with bread, milk and a few snacks to make a cuppa and unwind after a long journey. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. Oh, and a washing machine and ironing facilities, too!
The studio is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This studio sleeps up to a maximum of 4 people. 2 people in the double bed and in the lounge area there is also a sofabed available to use, which can sleep either 1 adult comfortably or 2 children.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, and a walk-in shower cubicle.
Linens and towels, plus tea, coffee, sugar, as well as a Welcome Basket of bread rolls and a carton of milk, are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
