Maybe a small step up from the Econ lodge Christiansburg. Both kinda gross. Should cost more like $50 a night and not $300. Yuk

The staff could not have been nicer. The person who checked us in at midnight, the woman who managed the breakfast buffet and the person who checked out out. Customer service was excellent and the rooms were clean and adequate but a bit dated.

I'm from belize and stayed at quality inn hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were ok for the price just the floor matt needs a cleaning.The staff were so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was always helpful and so friendly. Ms Deborah wow she has excellent customer service. She is always willing to prepare waffles for you. She made me feel so welcomed. Would surely go back again to this hotel.

No water for a shower!
Everything was fine, until we got up early to continue driving, and couldn’t have a shower. There was hot water in the shower, but no pressure coming out of the tap. So little pressure, would not even run through the shower head. Not what we needed after driving 850 miles, and up early to do another 850 miles.

Convenient location off I 81. GPS will take you there but once you turn right onto the road it's easy to miss the entrance to the place because of the trees. It's just in on the left. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean but are a bit small . The bed is pretty high. My older dog would not be able to get up there. ( He wasn't traveling with me this time). Plenty of parking. It's kind of in an office park atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Quickly got us extra pillows upon request. For being an older style hotels it looks nice, carpet was a little worn but clean. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Upon our arrival, other than the street sign, we weren't sure if we were at the correct location. Signage wasn't seen until entering the building. After encountering some internal computer problems at check in, was given the room number. Upon entering the room, it appeared that the main door was not closed properly. Sunlight was coming through the door and the dead bolt would not work. Placed the stained desk chair in front of the door along with luggage to make noise in the event of an intruder. Went to plug in phone charger on the wall between the beds and the electrical outlet pulled from the wall. When taking a shower, there was no hot water. Each bed contained 3 pillows which were half the size of a regular bed pillow. When checking out the next morning, advised the front desk clerk of the problems and was advised that no one else ever complained about that room having issues. Was also told the lack of hot water was due to a water main break and lots of water needed to be run including the hot water to assist with the repair. Also was told hotel was full and perhaps a lot of people were taking showers at the same time. Did receive a half-hearted apology, but didn't feel genuine. Will have second, third, and fourth thoughts about using this hotel chain in the future.

I will give a little grace because the area was recently affected by Helene. So, some of the noise was lineman trucks. But…it is a motel, right next to the highway, with the loud sound of traffic all night long. Add to that a very loud group of guys who must have checked in around midnight who were outside our room and in the room next to ours yelling and carrying on for a couple hours. There was a swarm of gnats around the sink…so I’m guessing they had a nest in the drain pipe. And, there is no hot water.

Not the best hotel we've stayed in
Strange smell in the room, at least one cockroach also lived in our room, breakfast was not so good, but very nice personal. Trucks were standing on idle all night long outside our room

There were renovations going on, so perhaps the rooms will become nicer, but our was very smelly (perhaps a smoking room long ago and the stale smell is stuck in the carpet and walls), there was a hole in the bathroom wall from the door knob, the toilet seat was extremely worn, and in general is wasn't very clean. The TV also didn't work and there was no WiFi. It's an inexpensive motel, but it still seemed overpriced given the quality of the room.
