We paid for a room with a King bed to accommodate an injury a week in advance. Once we got to the room, there was a double queen bed. This wasn't what we requested and the front desk was unable to find another king bed for our stay. They were not able to offer any kind of refund or resolution for us. The customer service was very poor in that regard. To summarize; we didn't get what we paid for because of poor customer service.

The room was clean but was very humid even with the air conditioner on. The room temp was horrible. We couldn’t sleep. The walls and doors are very thin. We could hear all the noise in the hallways. The breakfast time is also inconvenient. I wish they had a longer time.

Handicapped room on 4th floor. Bathroom had only a shower tub combo. We were not able to use. We are not able to pick our legs up and over the tub. Wheelchair use is fine since they provide a slide seat to use with the tub. We just washed up using the sink.

Air conditioning controlled by a blower inches away from the bed. No way to redirect this strong flow of air away from those using the bed. Air conditioning is welcomed, but not when it makes those in the bed uncomfortable. Are facilities such as these designed with actual humans in mind?
