Quiet neighborhood with some narrow but paved roads. 18 mph speed limit in the Friendly Mountain Acres community.

Up to 5 cars can be parked on the driveway. The road to the property is paved and well-maintained. 4-wheel drive is highly recommended during winter months (November to March). Always check the weather before traveling. Highly recommend a 4-wheel drive. Reservations will not be modified or cancelled due to weather concerns.

Home is located in well maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow-plower, but winter weather can vary thus precaution is always a good idea. We recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle (and chains) when visiting during winter. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

Up to 2 dogs allowed. Maximum weight limit is 50 lbs. $195 fee for first dog. $150 fee for second dog. See rental agreement for more details.
