Mountain Escape w/ Hot Tub, Views, Fire Pit & Creek

Imagine your own cozy cottage with views of the mountains, a babbling waterfall and creek and all the creature comforts you could need. Cherry Falls is located in Cherry Log Mountain, a beloved community filled with cabins, lakes, stocked ponds and trails including the Benton Mackaye. Cherry Log is in the perfect location just 6 miles away from downtown Blue Ridge and 9 miles from Ellijay right off of 76.

Once you arrive at Cherry Falls you will find a new cabin with modern flair while keeping its rustic heart. Set on 1 acre - the property features a creek with small waterfall, a meandering path, ample outdoor space and a beautiful view. And what cabin is complete without a hot tub and fire pit?

Living Quarters:

Master (Wooded Bliss): 1 comfy Queen bed with plenty of premium linens. This room has a Roku TV for streaming and plenty of storage.

Guest (camp out): Traditional Amish bunk beds featuring 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed with comfy linens. This room also features an amazing egg chair and a Roku TV for streaming or gaming.

Main Bath: Shower/Tub Combination
Upper Bath: Shower/Tub Combination
Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Ironing

Kitchen and Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with keurig coffee maker. Dining table and bar seating.

Living Room: Sit by the Gas Fireplace as you watch the large Roku TV and enjoy Netflix, Prime, Hulu or more. We have a game and book nook with many of your favorites.

OUTDOOR AREAS:

Hot Tub - a relaxing 4 person hot tub awaits you.
Fire Pit Area - sit, relax and take in nature
Gas Grill - Enjoy a grilled meal on the deck, right outside the kitchen
Egg Chairs on Porch - what a way to enjoy your coffee

Important Things to Note:
No Pets, No Parties
The road is partly gravel and driveway is private but tight to turnaround in - two vehicles is suggested.
Wildlife - you may see deer, bear, snakes, racoons, or any other sort of wildlife.
A security camera on the ENTRANCE only provides security and ensures compliance with our policies.

Beautiful cabin
We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is beautiful. Lots of hiking trails close by. Will stay here again! The road to the cabin is a little rough, just be careful when driving at night.

Beautiful connection to nature
We loved everything about our stay! The house is elegantly and simply decorated, equiped for all basic needs, and comfortable. The views were amazing, and the atmosphere very peaceful. Town of Blue Ridge was a short drive and filled with great places to eat, shop and have fun! We were blessed to see the local wildlife inhabitants, bear, deer, and baby squirrels in their nest in the tree just off the front deck. This is a definite save to the most favorite places to stay list. We didn't need to contact the host during our stay but her messages upon arrival were clear and informative about check in process. The information book was clear about stay and check out directions and expectations making it all seemless. Definitely make a note to follow directions and back down the driveway, or park at the top of the hill.

Simply perfect
What a great cabin and location. It was very very clean and private. The cabin was not over done on the inside or out. Everything you need with nice decor. My family and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Great little trails down to an old railroad we enjoyed walking on. No trains so no worries when booking. Parking is a little challenging, not the most room if you have a large truck or multiple cars. We wil definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Did not want to leave!
We had a wonderful stay at Cherry Falls! The cabin is so cute and cozy, exactly as pictured, and was immaculate. The location is perfect, just a short drive to everything but very private. I thoroughly enjoyed my quiet mornings on the porch. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit. The bunk room is super fun and cute! Beds were comfy. We appreciated having the Keurig with pods and washer/dryer with all products supplied. Jennifer was very nice and extremely responsive! Our relaxing getaway at Cherry Falls was just what we needed. I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great cabin
Great cabin. Would easily stay there again. Very well maintained with thoughtful little things. Small warning: town seems to close down early. Lots of places closed in the middle of the week. Tubing was great!

Amazing Blue Ridge Rental!
This property was the perfect house for myself and a couple of friends to stay for the weekend. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Due to the location of it, I would recommend arriving in daylight as it is easier to drive and find versus at night! Jennifer's directions and communication is top notch! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, Clean, & Cozy
Our family absolutely adored this cabin. The location is perfect-right in between Blue Ridge & Ellijay in a quiet mountain area not far from Expedition Bigfoot. It was a short distance from the main road which was exactly what I’d hoped since I don’t particularly enjoy the sketchier mountain roads. That being said, the cabin was still high up enough to have a stunning view and remote enough to really be in the mountains. We saw deer multiple times which was very exciting. Our hosts were very responsive when I had questions. Everything we could have needed was provided and worked properly. The coffee pods were great and much appreciated. The artwork in the living room was so incredible that I plan to try to find something by the same artist for my own home. It’s clear that the hosts care about this property. The outdoor spaces were beautifully kept and very peaceful. I recommend spending time in the evening by the outdoor fire pit and taking a walk in the morning to see wildlife. The photos in the listing are beautiful, but in person the home and property are even better! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Jennifer & Ron!

Amazing cabin with a beautiful view!
The cabin is just beautiful and is even prettier in person. It was extremely well furnished and clean, and the owner was very welcoming and communicative. The beds were super comfortable, and the hot tub and view were fantastic. We loved that the cabin was close to both Blue Ridge and Elijay, which had so many things to do. Our family enjoyed tubing and the local restaurants and shopping. We also hiked on the trails and saw beautiful waterfalls. Would stay here again!
