Kiinteistö on ABI Milano, joka on rakennettu asuinspesifikaation BS3632 mukaisesti. Tämä päivitys mahdollistaa entistä paremman tuuletuksen ja eristyksen aloittelijoille.

 Siinä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa oma kylpyhuone ja lisäksi kylpyhuone suihkulla. Suuri täysin varustettu keittiö johtaa avoin olohuone, jossa on paljon mukavia istuimia katsellaksesi joko näkymiä tai suosikkiohjelmasi 48 "-televisiossa. Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, jossa molemmilla puolilla on lukuvalot. Lisähinta tähän mökkiin on siinä, että päämakuuhuoneessa on alaosa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sänkyä. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on runsaasti säilytystilaa vaatteille jne.

Mökin etuosassa on FULL pituus ja leveys kaksinkertaiset patio etuovet, jotta maisemaan ja vuoristoon pääsee parhaiten. Aivan näiden ovien ulkopuolella seisotat kannella, joka pidentää chaletin FULL 40ft x 3m pituutta ja etukannen pituus 12,5 jalkaa x 4m, BBQ, joka käyttää puuta / hiiltä.

Valitettavasti ei lemmikkejä. Tupakointi oli sallittua vain mökin ulkopuolella.

Kylpytynnyri on Bluewhale JUNO -malli. Se on kahden hengen malli, jossa on kaksi sohvaistuinta, joita ympäröivät vesihierontasuihkut. Kylpytynnyri on sijoitettu siten, että henkilö makaa vain ihailla näkymiä vuorille.

Aitta-alueella on myös 4 push-polkupyörää, joita vieraat ovat tervetulleita käyttämään. Nämä pyörät kuuluvat omistajille, joten vieraat käyttävät niitä omalla vastuullaan.

Family vacation
Enjoyed a great few nights at the Chalet. Wish we had stayed longer. Great communication, easy laundry stop, cozy chalet and perfect location for local walks. Enjoyed the sheep with coffee/drinks on the deck!

Wat een heerlijke plek, rustig en met prachtig uitzicht. Een goede basis voor het verkennen van de mooie omgeving met de vele Lochs en natuurlijk de Cairngorms. De caravan was ruim met een goed bed en van alle gemakken voorzien en niet te vergeten het heerlijke ruime terras. Het contact met David verliep vlot en hij is behulpzaam indien nodig. Kortom: een aanrader!

We loved the location of this accommodation. We had a great week visiting numerous locations. The property itself was comfortable although we did find the bed a little too firm for our liking. The bed linen and towels although clean could do with some updating. Overall though a really enjoyable week.

Perfect get-away in the Cairngorms
The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. The view over the surrounding countryside is beautiful and makes for a very relaxing stay. We'll definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Great location
Well presented home from home with good facilities between the caravan and site. Fairly good location for all of the Cairngorms and Inverness etc. Locally the facilities are also good for shops, fuel and outdoor equipment if needed.

Beautiful Location
The owner was excellent...I couldn't figure out the stove and I emailed him, after 5 pm and he emailed back within 5 minutes and within 15 he had someone their to show me how to use it! The location was absolutely beautiful, the quiet country setting. The caravan had everything needed. The little town was charming and felt very safe. Truly a great place to vacation! Bonus: perfect for day trips into the Highlands and the attractions!

Spacious accommodation
Great sized accommodation in a good location in the park. Very handy having two bathrooms and two showers. Heating was quick to heat the whole place now that it's getting chilly again. Ideal location for lots of activities. Would definitely stay again. Good communication with the owner before arrival with all details we would need.

Milano Chalet.
The bath towels were old. There were no hand towels provided, as they should have been according to the inventory. There was no paper towel provided, also as should have been according to the inventory. No spare toilet rolls were provided. We had to buy extra. The chalet was not spotlessly clean, especially the en suite toilet along the bottom of the shower door, and the floor edge. Heating: the boiler did not fire when we turned up the thermostat for heating. The boiler showed an "F 1 fault" (low water pressure). The cause of this was that the water was turned off. We feel that this should have been set up for instant use as no one on the site was prepared to help. It was just trial and error on our part which got it going. When it was working, the heating and the hot water were excellent.

I hope they have a ggod hot tub we paid to much for the acommodation our disability son was upset because he cant use it on his 3 day of stay , poir communication with the owner , we did not enjoy the holiday

Small vacation good staying location
Good communication from David, explained what was needing done to book in and any issues regarding the caravan. The new Wi-Fi was great helped entertain the family when not out venturing. The caravan was perfectly located for what we needed to do in our ventures eg landmark adventure 5 minute drive, the zoo 10 minute drive aviemore itself 10 minute drive. Problem we had it was such a short journey that we couldn’t fit everything in.. the heating within the caravan was great which as we all know this time of year is freezing so it was long heating the caravan up. All utensils were there that was needed and caravan was spacious for family of 4…… let’s just say overall the kids didn’t want to go home which made us happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use David’s caravan in the future. Thanks.

Quite location with a beautiful view...
Place is very clean, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday except for salt and pepper :) but there is a shop in the village. We ve communicated very well with the owner, kept us right in a few matters. Hopefully we ll be back in summer when the scenery is different. See you later David 👍. Mihai family.
