The reception staff were lovely and very helpful with booking taxis, bagd etc. I liked the breakfast menu options however, adding fruit as an extra addition would be good. South America is big on fruit! The hotel didn't share the new year's eve party information and it would pay to let guests know how the majority of South America shuts down for NYE, 1st and 2nd Jan. I liked the option to use the gym and having an apartment style room. The noise of people coming and going from their room, the loud talking outside rooms and the NYE party could be heard all the time. Overall, I was happy with the service.

A cozy boutique hotel in a residential area! I highly recommend this place for those who prefer some degree of quiet and calm ambiance to the hustle bustle of the city with the noise from the constant flow of the traffic day and night. Also, I enjoyed their no frills breakfast.

Excellent option in a great location. The quality of this hotel is exceptional. I stayed at the executive room which was well designed. Staff was very friendly and good amenities. I've eaten in their restaurant several times and the food was very tasty and great presentation. The area felt safe, convenient with many cafés and restaurants nearby as well. I'd definitely stay again.
