Two queen sized bedrooms upstairs with a half bath. Living room with queen sofa sleeper, kitchen, and full bath located on main level.

Easy access to green belt, Boise State University, Downtown Boise, and parks.

Wonderful week in Boise
This was an excellent choice to enjoy the wintry sunshine in Boise. The house is very comfortable and has the amenities I needed for a week's worth of conferencing and meeting with clients. It is so close to Garden City that I walked a couple of days. The neighborhood is perfect for dog owners to exercise their pups. I really appreciate the communication and offering.

The place was perfect for our needs. Close to the park for the dog, and a back yard. Also a great neighborhood. Owners also helped with backing our trailer into a spot that was out of the way for all.

Great location
We loved our stay! So close to lots of parks and the green belt, and a quick drive to downtown. The house was spacious and very clean. We booked this place because it's dog friendly and has a fenced backyard, and it turned out perfect.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Boise! The Cottage was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to the parks and downtown, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced yard was great! Check in was easy. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Adorable cottage in the cutest neighborhood
We were in town for BSU Parents Weekend. The location was perfect. The house was cute and immaculate. We loved walking to both Ann Morrison and Kathryn Albertson Park every morning. We didn’t bring our dog this time but it had a great yard for it. The dog park at Morrison Park was the cutest dog park I have ever seen. Would definitely stay here again.

great little house for our stay. close to downtown and easy to get everywhere we needed to find. Only complaint is the excessive febreezey smell in the home. we are sensitive to smells and this was intense.

Perfect stay with a pup
We really enjoyed our stay! The yard was very shady and securely fenced in, which was really nice for hanging with the dog. We weren't worried about her being able to get out. The cottage had awesome A/C, comfortable beds and was conveniently located to everything we needed to do. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with or without a dog!

Checked all the boxes!
Enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet and great for our pups. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a place centrally located to all things Boise. We would definitely stay again…..but will soon be moving into our new home just down the road!

We found this to be within walking distance to the greenbelt along the river. We happened to visit during a very hot weekend. Being able to walk to the river to dip our feet in was a bonus. Very runnable neighborhood too- very safe and quiet. The hosts were responsive and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Sweet Cottage in a Great Location
The property itself was exactly what I needed, and was well appointed. I worked from home during the day and my children and grandchildren visited in the evening. The fenced back yard gave a perfect gathering place for the children to play, my dog to play with them, and my adult children and I to have the good time together that we always do. It was a lovely week, and I intend to do it again in this very same sweet cottage.

Sweet, simple home in nice neighborhood
This was the perfect spot for our family to stay during our daughter's graduation from Boise State. Close to campus and nice runs from home. Would have been nice to have more seating for everyone. Sleeps six, but only one couch to sit on for hanging out. Maybe add a loveseat? Thanks!

Conference stay
Three of us stayed in this quaint home for a professional conference we attended. It was exactly as advertised. Very quiet area which was a plus for us. It was only about 5-6 minutes away from the convention center which made coming and going incredibly easy. The hosts were super polite and responsive as well! We would all stay here again!

This quaint cottage is in a perfect location for enjoying Boise. Dog friendly, very clean home, and in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to nice parks, and great restaurant recommendations by the owners. Check in was very easy and communication with the owners was seamless. I highly recommend this cottage!

Wonderful time
The Cottage in the Middle of Boise is just that - a cute little cottage tucked in the middle of Boise. The downstairs living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) had plenty of space for 4 adults. The two bedrooms upstairs are comfortable with a lot of closet/storage space. The full bath is small but worked with 4 people getting ready for a wedding. The sloped ceilings upstairs take some navigating if you are a tall person, but not a big deal. We had everything we needed, were able to relax, enjoyed the space for visiting, and the fenced yard was a bonus for our dogs. Natasha was quick to respond to any questions we had and was helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Excellent neighborhood location close to parks and downtown Boise
Having stayed in lots of VRBO rentals, this was the easiest check in and check out process ever. Home was very cute and a quiet neighborhood. We walked to parks, coffee and the Boise River. We will definitely stay again should we be in the Boise area. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup.
