Couples Cozy Cabin Retreat

Unplug and unwind at the Couples Cozy Cabin Retreat. Our peaceful and ideally-located log cabin is clean, rustic, and perfect for a tranquil couples getaway, mountain honeymoon or just some quiet time for yourself! Let the stress melt off in the spacious hot tub, where you'll be surrounded by hummingbirds, pine trees, and unobstructed views of Mores Creek.

Location:
Ideally located just off Highway 21, we are a quick 30 minutes from downtown Boise and 25 minutes from the airport. Hiking, hot springs, and the historic Gold Mining town, Idaho City are all within a short drive away.

The space:
This rustic cabin is a single story home with an expansive redwood deck and hot tub, overlooking Mores Creek. The master bedroom offers a custom made king log bed. The well stocked kitchen offers ample counter space with a large picture window with a clear view of the picturesque creek. The dining area boast a large rustic style table, perfect for playing boards games on after dinner. The second bathroom surprises guests with its' spacious shower and dual shower heads. When the snow starts to fall, guests love to cozy up next to the warm, wood burning stove and enjoy the unmatched beauty of winter in the mountains.

Guest access:
Guests have access to entire home, except for garage. Guest will be able to park one vehicle under carport.

Lovely all around - very clean and well-stocked, comfortable, welcoming, and private. The local owner/management was responsive and proactive where we had a small need - just great. We'd happily return to stay here again!

Cozy Getaway
Had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay! The ability to hear the creek below while relaxing in the hot tub was blissful. We were greeted by a fire in the fireplace, which we enjoyed throughout our stay! We have added this location to our short list of favorites and look forward to revisiting in the future at some point

Enjoyed our stay very much. Just such a wonderful cozy cabin in beautiful scenery. However, I have a suggestion for all rental cabins with hot tubs. The tubs would be more convenient t getting in and out if there was something to hold onto like a railing. Many thanks

This place is beautiful and the host was so nice and accomidating. The only negative I would say is the mattress in the bedroom NEEDS to be replaced. It sinks in the middle and the foundation is just two OSB pieces holding it up. So my back and my partners back were wrecked. Luckily the hot tub helped with that! There is no coffee grinder that I could find which is listed in the amenities. Nice cooking utensils and a few cast irons options also! There is NoAC!!! So if you go in the summer being your own. Love the cabin and highly recommend it!

Shooting stars from hot tub
We had the greatest trip to this wonderful cozy cabin. The fireplace heated the entire living area easily and firewood was provided. We were also lucky enough to see several shooting stars while sitting in the hot tub on a clear night. We had some hiccups before arriving that the hosts clearly and graciously communicated. Some additional hiccups on our end which they were wonderful and understanding about. We hope to come back again!

It was a beautiful location with the stream right off the back porch. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Just far away enough from town to retain it's peaceful feel, and still close enough that a trip to town was simple and quick. We loved the combination of a hot tub, a fireplace and a porch swing overlooking the stream. The perfect location to wind down from our honeymoon.

Second Stay, Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Turn off the personal electronics and enjoy a simpler life for a couple days. This was our second stay at this fantastic cabin, again for three wonderful nights. It’s the perfect couples retreat to unwind and reconnect. We unpacked, made ourselves comfortable and enjoyed a couple of adult beverages while we made dinner for two. We lounged around, listened to the river and the wind in the trees while we enjoyed the hot tub in the rain and sleet. The fireplace gives a cozy atmosphere that you can warm up in with your partner and relax to. The kitchen has just enough equipment and basics to make some tasty dishes, but if you’re foodies you’ll want to pack your favorite pan along with any specialty tools and ingredients that you might need to spice things up. This is just the right amount of out of the way for a physical, mental, and emotional reset if you need a break from your everyday routine and activities.

This was the perfect little get away for me and my husband. Very secluded, no cell service, everything we needed. Not far from a grocery store. It was a very peaceful time away from the hustle of everyday life.
