In Bolquère, we offer you this charming 117 m² house with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you !

- A 30 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Outside area :
- A beautiful private garden of 400 m², not enclosed
- A large south-facing terrace of 23m², accessible from the living room, with outdoor furniture for enjoying the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in a residential area. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
You'll be less than a kilometre from the Pyrénées 2000 ski resort and Font Romeu. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
You'll also be 1h30 from Perpignan and Barcelona, close to the Spanish enclave of Llivia and the town of Puigcerda.
