The Space:
This 3,600 square ft estate offers 6 full bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, dining room, 2 living areas, a game room, and a stunning back yard with stunning views that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom that features King Size bed & Twin daybed/trundle with Smart TV.

Bath #1: Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower and bath tub. Attached to Master Bedroom

Bedroom #2: Queen bed with Smart TV. Please note that the only Access is through garage. separate from main house. shares the the hallway where washer and dryer are located. please see pics.

House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

No one outside past 10pm- strict city ordinance

Must be 25 or older to book


No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-Feb: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. There will be a $250 fine per guest per day that is unaccounted for.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Family Wedding Weekend
The home was EXACTLY as described. The photos didn't truly do it justice. Our family enjoyed four days together without being on top of each other. The views were exquisite. The responsiveness of the Owners was outstanding. There was hardly any need to contact them, but when we did, we got a reply within minutes (less than 10, usually 2 or 3 minutes). We are already looking for an opportunity to return and have another family adventure in Bonita! Thank you for sharing it with us!!

The house had ample room for our multigenerational family group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house was clean, well-equipped, and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were just right for kids and adults, as was the game room. The beds were super comfortable, too. We appreciate that the hosts were experienced and knowledgeable in setting up the home. All around a great stay.

Exceptional House and Location
We had family coming into town from a few different states and this was a great place for us all to come together. the house was close enough for all our day trip activities in san Diego and stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook. we had two babies on the trip and the crib, highchair, and Pack & Play was extremely helpful. Everything was as described and in many cases beat our expectations.

Amazing house with a view in Bonita, CA
Our stay at this VRBO was perfect! We stayed here for a family reunion with 14 people and there was plenty of room. The house was clean ( spotless), beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need as a guest: ie kitchen appliances (coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster) as well as spices, plastic bags etc. The outside is as it appears in the photos, picture perfect view, pool, spa, and space to hang out. Communication was quick, easy with the owners. Could not ask for more in a VRBO, if we are able to come to SD again, we will definitely stay here!

Lovely house!
The house was a very good choice for a group of our size and ages. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living spaces large, and the view from the deck was spectacular. The garage entertainment options were enjoyable for the young ones in our group, and the pool and hot tub were quite nice. The hosts were professional, and responded quickly to the few questions we had. All in all, we enjoyed this property!

AMAZING
I can not say enough great things about this property! Everything was exactly as advertised and more. The house was impeccable. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere we have stayed previously and it was wonderful to have spices and staples available so that you did not have to buy them for what is typically a small amount used. The outdoor space was fabulous and we spent a majority of our time enjoying it. Plenty of towels, soap, trash bags, hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every bathroom. Our hosts were very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to the San Diego area.

Wonderful spot
Our group of 7 adults and 3 teens had a wonderful stay. This house is extrememly well equipped - in the kitchen, linens and towels, furniture and activities - and everything was comfortable and high end. The house itself is large and beautiful - lots of room for everyone to spread out, but also plenty of common areas that has enough seating for everyone. Comfy bedding and plentiful pillows. Tvs in each bedroom. The outdoor deck and pool area are top notch. The views were outstanding. Safe neighborhood with sidewalks (but it is on the top of the hill, so expect steep walking conditions if you take a walk...be prepared with strong lungs and legs) The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We were very happy with our stay here.

Our family stayed 10 days in this gorgeous house. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and a joy to use. Family and kids spent many hours in the wonderful pool and backyard space. We would highly recommend and will probably be back.

Wonderful Stay
Nine family members selected this beautiful home when we decided to visit San Diego for thanksgiving week. We came from New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Arizona so finding the right home to accommodate ages 17 through 78 was important. We could not have made a better choice. Mo was an outstanding host, very responsive to any requests or questions we had, from the very first time we contacted him through the day we checked out. The house was stocked with a lot of amenities, very comfortable beds and bedding, and a great game room and outdoor play/kitchen area. The house was very close to all the sites in San Diego and very easy to get downtown. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and the back of the house overlooks the city with spectacular views. You will not be disappointed if you choose this VRBO.

Best family get together ever
Loved everything about this beautiful home. Stayed with extended family (13 in all – west coast/east coast get together). Space for everyone, lots to do. Home was very clean and incredibly well equipped with everything in good working condition. Listing is accurate. Compliments to the hosts for putting lots of thought in to making this rental the ideal place for a family reunion.

A great family home to bond
We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was all of my extended family. We love to cook so the kitchen was perfect. Beds are actually super comfortable. We slept so well. We all played so much ping pong & all the other games they have here. It was an amazing experience and a great way to celebrate our cousin getting his phd! Thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating!:)

The best place I’ve stayed outside of hotels. Lots of rooms, well stocked on towels for the pool, good selection of cooking equipment and flatware. Super close to Tacos Machin!

Wonderful experience. The view alone is reason to stay there. It is amazing. Complete outdoor experience with the Firepit, heated pool and kitchen. We did not spend a lot of time indoors, which was equally as nice. We had a small problem with the electricity outdoors the second night. The management company was there within the hour to check it out and had a electrician there the next day. Crazy good service.

Best-Ever Vacation Home!
My husband and I, and our extended family, have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and this one is absolutely the best of the best. It was meticulously clean; stocked with even more supplies than needed; and had large, wide-screen TVs mounted on the walls of all bedrooms as well as the two family areas, garage(game room), and outdoor patio! We spent our mornings and evenings relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated well - so comfortable for swimming - and the hot tub was perfect. There was a wonderful view of the city, awesome game room, plenty of bathroom space for our group, and a huge master suite. Four of the bedrooms and two baths were upstairs, and the master was on the main level. There was another (small-ish) bedroom with adjoining 3/4 bath on the main level that was attached to the laundry room. The location of the home was great - just minutes from San Diego sights, restaurants, and shopping. This home was spacious, comfortable, convenient and stellar in every way. Thank you for providing such a lovely stay for our vacation in San Diego. We enjoyed a wonderful week of making memories.

Great vacation place
Our family stayed here from January 22 - 28, 2023. We are a family of 11 - 7 adults and 4 children and the place was exactly as pictured. We spent a ton of time in the pool and backyard. The view is amazing. There are plenty of bedrooms and we loved that there was 2 living spaces. The children could watch tv in one area and the adults were close by in the other area. My husband and sons love playing pool and the grandkids loved the arcade area. I must say this is the BEST stocked kitchen in a rental I’ve ever seen! We ate in a lot. We had a few glitches that were addressed very promptly by the owner, Mo. There were only 2 kitchen towels. There was supposed to be more but must have been accidentally removed by previous guests. Mo had kitchen towels delivered the same day. We had questions about the pool and hot tub. Mo called & walked my husband through how to get the jets going, etc. We communicated with Mo one other time but I forget what for. Needless to say, Mo was responsive to our needs. Overall, great place to stay!
