We have stayed in many apartments in Bordeaux, Paris, and other areas of France in the past 15 years. This is probably the nicest of all.
The location is superb -- on a very quiet square between two major pedestrian streets, Rue Porte Dijeaux and Cours de l'Intendance. The apartment is extremely spacious, bright, and welcoming. Two large beds and a large dining table make it an ideal location to settle in. The kitchen is modern and extraordinarily large, with everything you need to cook dinners after shopping the Capucins or Chartrons markets.
There are many shops and cafés within very short walking distance, and the tram line is only a block away.
The downside for those with mobility issues is that it is located at the top of a long flight of stairs (old French buildings have high ceilings, so one flight is more like 1.5 to 2).
All in all, we loved our stay there and would VERY gladly return.
