Super easy check-in. The room was really clean and the location was a great. Just a short walk to Fenway Park and shops and restaurants.
I had the privilege of staying in 202 - what an incredibly stunning room.
The property itself is very well located in a nice and safe neighborhood off the park.
Although I never saw any of the staff, nor heard back from the property owner, we were fortunate enough to have no issues for the duration of our stay.
The facility looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. The communication was clear and seamless.
The location is great; however, every morning around 5-6 a.m., there was a very loud garbage pickup just under our window.
The view from the window was a brick wall from the building across.
The insulation of the unit is poor. The room was very cold, despite the AC set to 75F and with the additional portable heater (which was a very welcome addition). It took 2 days to warm the unit up.
It was exactly what we needed. Clean room and bathroom with great shower. Easy access to what we wanted and at a good price point.

It was a mediocre stay. The room and bathroom are small. There was also a dirty mark on the comforter which is gross. It got loud at night since it was close to a college.
The internet was not working during our stay. Noone responded to our messages about it.
There is a garbage truck picking up garbage at 5.30 in the morning and it's quite loud and makes it very hard to sleep.
The room was clean. However, with the blackout shades open we were in a fishbowl. Closed we were in a cave (suggest adding some drapery/sheers). The towels are small and similar to the cleaning rags sold at the hardware store. Iron provided, but no ironing board. Building was quiet, but too many trucks come thru the alley at night with loud reverse beeping and banging around. No sleep. So, while the building is lovely and everything was easy, we won’t be able to stay there again.
Brings “sparse” to a whole new level. There wasn’t even a chair in my room, let alone a night table or night lamp that I could reach from my bed. But the property was spotlessly clean.
Booked through Expedia - was a little confusing with the multiple emails and check in information. Had trouble with WiFi and since there’s no onsite staff, was never able to get on. Otherwise, location was great!

My room was located just outside the garbage area. The noise from 5.30am onwards was so loud for at least 2hrs. I would not recommend the place for a good night sleep. The place was renovated cheaply. Very basic amenities and done with least amount of cost for the money you are paying.

I did not recieve the final email with the codes (went to junk mail) and did not have entrance code or wifi codes and they did not answer the phone or call back. Eventually, I got them to give me the wifi code so I would find thier email but the whole thing was a waste of time and stressful. They need to have someone answer the phone and make commen sense judgments about sharing wifi codes etc.
